The energy is very welcoming, if you are stressed or having a bad day it’s definitely a place to spend your time. Great gym.. Welcoming and helpful staffs.. Restrict about classes start time, be on time or you will miss it ⏱..

The facilities are very cool, I enjoy going there even when I don't book a class. The classes and the trainers are great, I enjoy doing CrossFit the most, and I always learn something new with each class. The customer service are always smiling and welcoming which puts a smile on my face every time I visit :)

I was never a gym person, or never even considered joining a gym--until I found this gym! It is a Great gym with highly experienced personal trainers. If you want to see results,get yourself inside and the staff are very friendly 😍

Kore is a great gym and has a great community to be within. I have been around for 4 years now. And I can say I know a bit about how things are like...

First of all, the smiley, cheerful reception who makes my day every time I step in 😝😝😘.

Coaches: All coaches at KORE have multi training certificates. From Crossfit, strength and conditioning, personal training, gym instructing, to yoga, and dancing. In addition to KORE's signature classes. That are mainly designed for KORE members monthly, based on their needs.

All coaches are motivational, energy driven, fun and friendly, and each has her magic to spell 👻.

Classes: I checked some comments and reviews saying classes are full. Well, not always, but after the working hours cuz ladies want to go to classes right after work and it is normal traffic. There's always waiting list and ladies on the waiting list eventually attend the class.

Each class has 12 members maximum,some even 8 only. And I rarely see any class with full capacity. This makes the trainer focus on you, your movements, technique, performance, endurance, etc. It feels like a personal training even when u r in a class.

Cleanliness: Members are asked to clean after themselves even before COVID-19. So it wasn't difficlut for ladies to commit to cleaning cu, they are used to it. I like this about KORE. NO EGO! 🥰😇🥰😇.
Cleaners clean after each class and go through all equipment daily. ((( IF U R NEW PLZ PUT UR STUFF BACK TO THE RIGHT PLACE, U CAN TAKE THEM, U CAN PUT THEM BACK 💚))). Showers r clean and bathrooms has sanitisers for extra safty (I like that, personally).

In conclusion, I took my time to write this cuz I truely and purely love and appreciate KORE and its staff and community. And glad to be part of it. 👍🏻

Amazing gym&staff. I really enjoyed my time there. Tidy and clean. Positive atmosphere.

Boutique gym that serves the Alaqiq and Almalqa areas. Facilities are clean and well-maintained. Parking may be difficult to find so try the complimentary valet service.

Classy and feels like a real gym. I only tried 18min class so can't really judge. I will post another review after couple of classes.
