Most experienced and best bus service for Umrah.

Worst experience ever.
Bus was very old and one seat was broken but still staff was insisting passengers to take that seat.
Driver was arrogant and many time he used abbusive language with some passengers.
Took around 20 hours to reach makkah
They left us in makkah while going to madinah, despite raching on agreed time with their staff, still not accepting their mistake.
While coming from madinah to jubail 2 time bus sent back to madinah because of no second driver,ultimately to very long rout. Again took 20 hour's to reach back to Jubail, jdespite only 2 stops.
I observed the driver changed the driving seat with his helper while bus was moving.

I suggest not to travel with AlKhair,if you have any other option.

The drivers not giving enough time for prayer and food while specifically for families.
He does not have patience always pushing and threatening the passengers to come within the time otherwise I will leave you.
