Believe me the care took by the doctor Mr. Hisham and his nurse Mrs. Nisha was very well, they feel me I do have any pain during the surgery and after the surgery. The hospitality provide the hospital is very good.

I came to get my wisdom teeth removed and Dr Hisham made sure to take provide a great service and experience.

I got root canal treatment done in my home country during my 2022 vacation and the same tooth developed severe pain after 4 months. When I enquired to the doctor who treated me, he advised to report back to his clinic to extract the tooth due to residual infection.
Since I don’t want to lose my tooth, I consulted 2 doctors from different medical centers in Jubail. One doctor told me there is only 5% chance of recovery and the other recommended for extraction.
I decided to have a 3rd opinion in Ram Dental. It was a challenge to select the right doctor to meet my requirements. I read the profile of all the Endodontists’ in Ram dental Jubail and Dammam branches and finally decided to go with Dr. Khaled Hmeidat in Jubail whose profile supported “Re-root canal” as his specialization.
When I met him for the 1st time he envisaged 70% success for my case. I got convinced and decided to get treated from him. He removed the old crown successfully without damaging the bone and proceeded to the re-root canal. He discovered that I had 4 root canals unlike the normal 3 canals. He took few extra sittings to ensure complete cure for my aching tooth which resulted in success from a promised 70% to the actual 100%.
I am now completely out of pain and got my tooth saved.
The clinical dexterity and professional approach of Dr. Khaled Hmeidat was the key to successful re-root canal. I got a world class treatment in his clinic which I was fortunate enough to capitalize thro’ Ram dental covered under BUPA insurance.
He walked the talk by putting his earnest efforts and treated the most complicated re-root canal.
Thank you Dr. Khaled Hmeidat for being such a caring doctor during my time of need. I'm incredibly grateful for your skill, expertise, care and dedication. My smile is a testimony of the same. You are an asset to Ram dental.

Has one of the best Periodontists in Jubail. Dr. Hisham & his nurse really did a good job in keeping my teeth and gums healthy.

Hello all , wanted to share my experience at Ram Dental ,it was up to the mark . Initially was mishandled by a dr but luckily got the BEST , a very competent and down to earth person that is Dr Raafat Alshowra all that i m sayin he truly deserves this praise. He handled my very difficult case so patiently and professionally .although sometimes his schedule was very hectic but still out of the way he managed a bit of time for my problem as the condition of my gum was worst😭God forbid if i get any issue again will definitely see him . All i want to say that i truly recommend him for any of ur teeth related issue👍🏻
