Service crews are so friendly and accommodating, nice place, we love the atmosphere. We love their coffees and sweets. ❤❤❤

Fast delivery and good handling. The shop decor is also excellent. The breakfast is rich and delicious. I have also tried French and Turkish coffee, sweets, cakes and cakes. They have a work to order that is worth a visit.

Everything was more than perfect 😍 You made my husband's first birthday with me unforgettable ❤🥰 the place is trés chic and the decorations were very beautiful and romantic, the chocolate cake was the best i ever tasted, the waiters were very cheerful and everything was exactly as i had in mind 👍❤ keep up the good work 👏

It is an amazing place. The ambience is like a fairy tale place. Hospitality is beyond expectations. I had requested to organize a birthday party arrangement, they did a great job with it. Totally satisfied with the service. Definitely recommended place 😊👍🏻

very nice place, me and my friends is coming from Riyadh. we're 14 of us, it's a short notice that we plan to do a masalamah gathering between friends and i send a whatsapp to them if they could prepare a simple preparation for my friend, and they even give us an options and idea. Which we love it very much and came to the cafe to surprise my friend and even me myself surprise at how beautiful the preparation they make with the flower on top of the table, the candle, ballon, cake and they make a private partitions for us. Im so happy so do the person we celebrate. Thank you for the staff who helping us during that time.

Truthfully it wan a hundred out of a hundred no lies just facts, the flower layout is perfection im obsessed tbh my expectations were not on the hight groung but y'all made so good it was a day to remember,keeping with prices and costume services it was in an amazing range. Affordable place. Baked cheese cake was the best. A must try dish. The ambiance is also very attractive.

The best place to visit,
The ambience is awesome, the entry is okay but once u open the main door u,the big smile will automatically come to ur face,the staff is nice and cooperative, the sitting arrangement were awesome,the privacy according to ur wish,
I don't love cakes,but the red velvet of candle cafe is something else,the cream the texture everything is awesome,
Things can get better,the washrooms need little fixing, and the wall behind is broken it can be fixed,
But if u want to visit and enjoy ur time don't miss this place, candle cafe is the best thing happen to me so far,😊

Candle Cafe is absolutely worthy of a five-stars rate for the following reasons :
✓ The Cafe is beautifully adorned and is cozy for numerous guests of different ages. The furniture was sophisticated and is definitely merged into the exquisite surrounding causing the customers to be mesmerized during their settlement.
✓ The Cafe was immaculate . It's cleanliness made it even more stupendous . Not to forget to mention that the toilet was just as clean.
✓ The indubitable amazing hospitality. The waiters were really amaible and respectful as well as funny. You could enjoy your time there as long as you wish without having the staff exasperated.
✓ Well experienced Chefs. It wasn't just a cafe for desserts because the food was apparently delicious . I haven't tried everything but the grilled chicken was tasty with the sauce on top. It wasn't tough and it was easy for the people to swallow. The pizza tasted great as well like just any pizza from an experienced pizza company. Correspondingly , the sandwich and the pasta we're just as great .Besides , the desserts looked AND tasted fantastic
√ Lastly but not the least , the prices were reasonable. Some might see them as overpriced but they're just worth the quality and the delicacy of food. So they werent really expensive .

I definitely recommend this place. Their desserts are the best in Jubail. Coffee options could be improved though. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner options are great. The staff is super friendly and professional, and the decor is really lovely.

loved it,the interior is very good,speciality coffee need to mention bcoz from outside it's not mentioned.pleanty of variety beans available.In my second visit I came to know the place is only for family to dine inside.For singles only take away is possible.it would have been better if singles can also dine.

Planned a party for a friend in a short notice, but they did great with the arrangements. The flowers, the cake, the coffee and the whole setting was so lovely and cozy.
