Holiday Inn & Suites al Jubail, an IHG Hotel

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great service was attentive and efficient specially Mr.Elias really kind person. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay.
Just one thing need to arrange that I am here for more than 1 week but I am struggling for Indian food, only selected menu here Dal, Rice and the veg curry. I like to eat Indian food so it's appreciated if you arrange more Indian food.

Mr.Elias is highly dedicated and working so passionately during entering the hotel with a cheerful face with warm greetings as well as highly supportive and his team all the time during my breakfast.
He is highly committed personal by guiding us for all the query. I really proud of him and highly appreciated for his continuous support . Managing team should consider his promotion as he is highly value added personal to your organization.

The receptionist gents are greeted and treated my status in a highly manner and supportive all the time during my stay.Also the restaurant team supervisors are highly respectful team and treating nicely during the breakfast .

Management should consider special support for the receptionist and the restaurant supervisors as they are well deserved staffs.

The housekeeping team was well supporting for all the query and cleaners are very respectful team .

Finally the overall staffs are well supportive and friendly.

I tried the lunch in the restaurant it was good and the service was amazing specially ob gey his name is Elias he is kind, servant and the most thing I likes that he is serving whit a beautiful smile on his face all the time. Thank you Elias and thanks for all the service team in holiday inn hotel 🙏🏼

I had wonderful stay here. The care taken by staff was really amazing during my six days day. I really appreciate Mr Imran for his hospitality towards the guest. He has taken wonderful care of our group by suggesting various options and minor detail restaurant.

I had the pleasure of attending a training organized by my company at Holiday Inn hotel in Jubail, and I'm impressed with their excellent facilities. We stayed here for more than 2 weeks. The hotel staff is friendly and professional. The food at the restaurant is delicious and they have a wide selection on the menu and at the buffet. The housekeeping personal is professional ( Friendly Halal was working on our hall way's rooms every day). The hotel is very clean.

The restaurant’s breakfast was delicious, and contained many delicious dishes such as pancakes, fresh baked goods, omelettes, and pancakes that were prepared in front of you. I thank the staff in the restaurant for their service, especially the respected restaurant manager, Mr. Omar, who made my experience special with his courteous treatment and service to me. It was an excellent experience and I hope to repeat it. 🌹.

Ambience was good. Food service was excellent. Service person named Elias did a great job and treated us with a great service. Kudos to Elias and Holiday inn.

Food wonderful Mohammed Ali Chef cooks a wonderful seafood feast and look out for Norman in the restaurant. Nothing is too much trouble.

Sea side is 25 minutes walk.
Parking: open air comfortable entry exit clear instructions
Check in: fast, lobby is comfortable, desk staff is professional
Rooms: one bedroom suite for our three kids one king bad and one sofa bed, one extra bed at no additional cost. Two nights.
Cleaning personal Rajkumar is super honest in his work. We were impressed.
Rooms are of modern design with minor details addressed, in small kitchen, microwave is a pleasant surprise
Room lights elevated our experience , bed is supper comfy and clean. Showers and bath tub enjoyable
Pool: even in Jan, roof top pool water was pleasant , staff Miraj was supper helpful at pool with his smile and friendly behavior
Breakfast: a well designed menu addressing the needs of all age groups. Staff Elyas was a vigilant worker and efficient in his work with a smile, had great experience.

The room boy Mr. Halal is doing a great job while cleaning the and I am very happy when I enter the room to get fresh. The manager Mr. Girish trained well the boys
