I have stayed and visited in many hotels in Jubail. This was one of the best experience is Remaz hotel. Staff was very hospitable and was available for every need of mine and specially Mr. Hasnain was great personality and supportive. Much appreciated and recommended to friends and family.

The hotel manager Mr. Hasnain Abbas Shah is remarkably commendable. He is very warm and cordial from the time of booking, upon meeting him in person, during the period of our stay and until checkout. He is indeed a hands-on manager. I must mention that we met him in person upon early check-in around past noontime yet we still saw him in action at 11 PM of the same day. Our group is quite a big number of guests but the hotel was able to accommodate the team. Our stay was not 100% perfect but it was worthwhile and memorable in general. Mr. Hasnain even managed to send message ensuring that we reached back home safely. We will certainly reach out to him for our future room requirements. Kudos and all the very best to the whole team.

I have a wonderful time with family and two kids in Remaz hotel during my visit to Jubail. I booked a studio room. there was one bed and the cooperative staff provides me an extra small bed for kids (free, although the extra bed price was 30 SAR). I like the Cooperative staff, they were fluent in speaking English, a nice buffet breakfast. Neat and clean room. I also like there Check-in time (anytime in the morning) and checkout was 3pm. I recommend this to other travelers.
