Excellent hotel very good large rooms everything is nice & clean. Room service is also very good, Staff are very friendly and smart especially Salman was very polite and his behaviour was too good I liked him approach .

This is one of the best Hotel in Jubail. Location wise very good and the best thing of the hotel is highly cooperative staff and very much helpful.
Rooms are neat and clean. Wifi available in all areas. Parking available outside free of cost.
Nearby some restaurants are available but not too many.

Mr. Mahmoud, the duty manager is an excellent person with warm reception. The breakfast is very nice. Room is clean and roomservice is fast. I like my stay and definitely I'll repeat again. I recommend the hotel to my friends.
