Sarwat Park Hotel

Great experience that will repeat many more times. The atmosphere and the staff are great and they have a very warm and welcoming attitude especially Mr Shereif and Mr Hussein who both work at the restaurant and the cafe. I would like to thank everyone for their professionalism and for the lovely smile on their faces.

Great location by the cliff, its nice place with slow music great ambience. Food is nice here.. coffee with friends outside really great place to be.
Behaviour of restaurant manager is rude. Came for a party but not satisfied with the service n behaviour of manager.

All staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful.The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect - close to the city centre and attractions.

MashaAllah, i really like this hotel, this is one of the best in saudi, all the facilities and services are really appreciated. Fatima in reception have been assisted really great, sherif in hospitality is very helpfull everytime.
In Sha Allah i will meet them again, and hope to be here soon.

Wonderful front office staff and all support staff in Sarwat Park Hotel, Abha. Very helpful ensuring that what we require is taken care. When we wanted to hire a taxi, 22nd and 23d Sep being very busy days ,they arranged a nice limousine.

Mr.Sherif who is managing F&B deserves special mention for his cheerful disposition and hospitality extended not only to us but all guests as we observed him and his team during our stay. Since we are vegetarians, he took special care that we get the right type of dishes.

Our Stay being the first trip to Abha, Sherif made it special and we will remember the hospitality for ever.
