I was very privileged to stay for 5 nights at this hotel,
Which happens to be nice, clean with good location.

We enjoyed 2 nights comfortabl room clean towels nice shower 🚿 friendly staff welcoming guests also opposite of hotel the biggest cafe in Middle East named bonchi☕🤩

It is the one of the best hotels available in Hail , starting from the reception to the kitchen, really I enjoyed the dinner in the open buffet.

Training and service training is essential for the hotel employees. This will ensure continuity of quality and growth.

One of the best hotels in Hail. If you are looking for a clean peaceful pleasant place to stay, look no more.

First time to hail but enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The beds are super comfortable.. breakfast had a great selection and the coffee is nice too.

I visited with my wife for the first time at this property. We liked everything about this hotel, sumptuous breakfast tops the list. Surely going to stay in the same hotel next time we visit Hail

VERY CLEAN.. but I called the reception from the hotel phone more than 5 times and they didn't answer Overall everything is really good including the service but it was a bit bad thanks to the owner of the hotel...

This hotel is clean and well organized. The staff is friendly, professional, and very courteous. The hotel is equipped with modern technology. The rooms are spacious and very accommodating. I would definately stay at this hotel again.
