Great service as always. Al salama branch and the people are genuinely friendly, from the reception to the restaurant staff. Shout out to Jayson who always wears a smile to all his guests which includes myself. Will Definitely keep on choosing this branch for my next business travel.

Service was great and always very helpful. Rooms, dining area and board rooms were all very luxurious. Pool was very nice and pool service was so kind. Food was good, but after 1 & 1/2 weeks it was a little repetitive.

It's probably the best hotel I've stayed at in Saudi Arabia so far.
First and foremost, the staff is incredibly friendly. You genuinely feel their devotion to proper and hands-on service. From your first step into the reception, to the room and the facilities such as restaurant, pool and gym, all of it deserves 5 stars.

The rooms are fresh, clean, and spacious. The food is really good, breakfast is international and well displayed and prepared.

I would like to shout out to the manager of the hotel, Mr. Hilal, who showed extreme friendliness upon my arrival, setting a comfortable path for my upcoming 9 nights at Centro.

This place will surely top my list of accommodation destinations next time i'm in Jeddah.

The location is superb, in the middle, and close to everything I needed. l. Staff were great, specifically reception staff. Rooms were also fine.

The only thing thing that bothered a little bit is the following:
Jeddah doesn't sleep at all, cars driving day and night. So you need good acoustic isolation to make sure that it is silent in the room, but the windows were not of good quality.

It was a wonderful and quiet stay. I thank Mr. Ghaleb Kurdi, supervisor of the floors, for his efforts, good treatment, ethics, and meeting the needs of the guest. The cleanliness of the room was excellent and the employees were courteous. I hope you will always be the best.

The breakfast service is amazing. Lot of options are available. The rooms are pretty big and they clean everyday. You will have amazing people over here for your assistance.

Had a training course for two days and the all the staff provided excellent services especially Mamunur who was offering his services and covering our needs in no time

Abdulraheem is an outstanding individual, always prepared with a smile on his face. He sets a remarkable example for the cafeteria service team.

I would like to commend Adel for being so good at his job. Very hospitable and making sure the guests are well taken care of. He always ask how is my stay and if anything he can do especially on the in room cleaning service. Kudos on having him on your team!

I have been staying at Rotana Hotels for many years and what I am going to say is no surprise as the good reputation precedes it, but I cannot deny myself this comment.
The Centro Salama Hotel is definitely the best accommodation option in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
In addition to having a complete infrastructure, the entire team from all sectors is always very professional and kind.
Starting with the reception that shows sincere joy at seeing us again.
The professionals responsible for cleaning the rooms are always very helpful.
And I also say that it is the best breakfast in all of Saudi Arabia.
There are many good restaurant options in the surrounding area with regional food, seafood and fast food for those who enjoy it.
There are many mini-markets that are quite complete, which eliminates the need to travel by car if you want to buy some snacks, soft drinks, etc...
It is a great joy when I return to Jeddah and stay at the Centro Salama Hotel.
I recommend it with my eyes closed as I travel a lot throughout Saudi Arabia and have no shortage of references for comparison.
I don't even need to wish future guests a good stay as I'm sure they will have an excellent experience.

No complaints. Speedy room service, polite and friendly staff. Fantastic food. Roof pool is great. Gym is a bit basic but that’s a bonus anyway.

I stay in this hotel during the ramadan,everything was good,especially restaurant,food was nice ,and waiter Jason was amazing in his job,very professional,attentive and kind.

Had Iftaar at Centro Salama, after long time , was wonderful experience, the staff are really professional and helpful, wish them all the best , especially the Duty in charge of the restaurant where we had iftaar , Mr Kashif , lovely personality.

The hotel staff are very friendly, the food at the restaurant is nice and tasty, the restaurant staff are very professional, and finally rooms are comfy with a nice atmosphere across the hotel.

MEHEDI is Housekeeping staff. He is doing fantastic work, talking very polite and very good behaviour, I like him the way of his work. I appreciated.
