One of the best places I have stayed in my life. The best part about this hotel is honest people. The General Manager Mr. Mohammed is awesome & very helpful guy & very honest man. Within seconds he fulfilled all my requests. I paid for 03 days stay but due to some work I checked out Within 02 days Mr. Mohammed returned my money without me asking for it, very rarely you come across such honest people. I rate this hotel 05 star.

Best hotel! Great price and really kind staff that go above and beyond, i had a fall and the staff made sure i got to a hospital safely! Thank you to brother mumin and the other saudi man working, they are really kind and amazing people, great compassion and high level of customer service. May allah put barakah in the hotel and give them jannah for helping me

We were a group of 16 tourist stayed fir 2 nights. Amazing location, facility and very welcoming staff. Manger Mr. Mohammed is very helpful person. Definitely will come again

Our stay with my family is good. The manager is very friendly. The problem is the reception we have language barrier but still manageable. When we are about to check out there's no bell boy to help us with our luggages it's too much because we are 2 adults with 2 kids. It's very difficult to bring the bags because we are about to travel internationally. Plus the people in the buffet is not friendly at all and not hospitable, the food is cold also and they are not refilling the food. They just put one slice of pizza 🤣. Good thing the hotel and our room is clean and relaxing.

Good hotel to stay,rooms,service are good and excellent location to reach Haram Shrif just in 5 minutes.

The hotel is super clean, everything is working well, food quality is excellent. The room is very well noise and the bed is super comfy.all stuff are very friendly and good.over all this is my best experience in this hotel.inshallah i will come again and agin.

This is a reasonably priced hotel. The amenities are amazing and includes bikes, laundry, free Arabic coffee and a business center. The Saudi staff is professional and pleasant. However, there was an Egyptian receptionist who was rude and difficult. The South Asians do not speak Arabic nor English. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is absolutely amazing, clean, fully served for all what you need (electronic machines), the staff are very helpful and especially razi he kept insuring that their room is always clean. Fantastic experience 🌸🌸

It’s clean and have Nice facilities. The stuff are the best. The only problem is the breakfast. So cheap and limited options. Many thanks to the egyption guy in the reception Ibrahim Zidan.
