Location is unmatchable being within the al balad old town vicinity (20 min walk to jeddah old Town spot), and though the exteriors made us hesitant at first, the rooms were surpringly very good and clean (comparative to crown plaza room sizes and cleanliness but with less amenities). Staff were very friendly and helpful in giving tips on navigating the neighborhood.

Really great place just outside of Jeddah's Old Town. Super friendly staff, modern/clean rooms and everything was perfect. If you're in Jeddah for a night or two and want a central location, this place is tough to beat. It's also within walking distance (10 minutes) from the Saptco Bus Station.

The room was good, hygiene level was ok. Staff was friendly and helpful. They serve a local breakfast (bread, 2 eggs, honey, jam, cheese, dates and tea/coffee) for under 10 dollar, which is totally worth it. Noise levels were very low.

Although they wrote me several times that I cannot check in after 6pm, they still seemed to have a 24h reception.

The area feels a bit boring at first, since the shops all specialize in things like LED lighting, electronics, packaging and more, but the old town of Al Balad is just a short walk away. If that is why you came there, it might be a bit of a disappointment. Al Balad is currently under serious renovation as part of “Vision 2030” and parts of it are fenced off. Still one of the most impressive old towns I have seen in any Gulf state.

Well structured, nice lighting set up, very cleanliness, we were stayed for 5 days, it was nice experience, and the hotel in main area, where we can purchase whatever we want ,like restaurants, shops, supermarkets etc , I enjoyed it 😀

Great place to visit... it is very close to famous markets in Balad Jeddah. You will not regret staying in this hotel. All staffs are respectful and professional. Also, they consider everything to meet the guidelines related to Covid.

يشهد الله انه من افضل الفنادق اللي سكنت فيه رووووعة في التعامل وفي الاستقبال والخدمات متوفرة بشكل كامل وحتى عمال النظافه تعاملهم ممتاز وسريعين في تحقيق طلباتك عندهم قهوة رهيبة وعندهم افطار حلو والله...
وعندهم في الاستقبال ماركت مصغر للحاجات الضرورية واسعارها مثل البقايل
عندهم مكينة مشروبات ساخنة الحقيقة ما جربتها بس سالت عن أسعارها معقولة جداً......
الغرفة شوية صغيرة بس مرتبة ونظيفة ورايقة وكاااااملة بالاحتياجات....
صار عندي مشكلة في المكيف وبلغت الاستقبال وعلى طول استجابو وعرضو عليه تغيير الغرفة بس رفضت قلت ماهو ضروري انتو صلحوه واذا ما صلح غيرت وابشركم ضبطوه تمام....
خلاصة الكلام الله يبارك لهم ويرزقهم من واسع فضله....
اهم شي تبقي الاسعار ثابته ما يزودون مع الايام
