I had such a terrific stay here. The lobby is so beautiful and clean, the rooms are very well-kept and equipped with everything you need (housekeeping comes everyday!) and the hotel is located in a PERFECT, central location. Reception is also available 24/7 if you ever need anything. Whatever I needed - they brought it to me in minutes.

The breakfast is also nothing short of spectacular. Ahmed & the wait staff are so wonderful and will take care of you.

Out of all the hotels I have frequented in different countries, this is my absolute favorite. I can’t believe what a great experience I had for the price I paid. InshAllah, I will absolutely stay here again in the future! Thank you so much.

Entering my room, I was greeted by a scene of utter indulgence. The decor was tastefully modern, with luxurious touches everywhere I looked. The bed was a sanctuary of comfort, inviting me to sink into its embrace after a long day of travel. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the plush robes to the upscale toiletries provided.

Ahmed Raza F&B was a good, friendly and kind person in ibis hotel.

It’s a good hotel depending on what you are looking for. Rates are very very affordable, but the hotel is clean and comfortable. The rooms are the standard ibis rooms (small) but I found this hotel to be better than the other ibis in Jeddah. The gym is also open 24 hours a day which is a big plus. Breakfast buffet is decent. And there is a Circle K in the next building so you can buy any snacks or other essentials. Would highly recommend if you are traveling on a budget.

I recently stayed at Ibis Hotel and had a pleasant experience. The hotel's ambiance was welcoming, and the service provided by the staff, especially the waiter named Ahmed, was exceptional. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet are being offered and they have one of the most affordable rates in town. The location of Ibis Hotel is nearby our home so we are able to come during the weekends. We love the place, set of food, taste, and the staff are friendly. Overall, a great experience. A must try for food lovers, too.

All the staff in Ibis & Adagio are well-trained in receiving guests. We recently had a business meeting for 2 days and everything went very well. Ahmad's service is fantastic! He is very accommodating, friendly, he knows his job very well and he can anticipate our needs before we even tell him. He is one call away and he prioritizes the guests.

The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made our short stay so enjoyable and comfortable. I would like to commend Mr. Frederick Garces for being so attentive and most especially professional.

Hotel Service are fantastic... Receptionist & Smiles of HK & Bellman We are very happy with our stay.... Only one thing upset us day off check out Receptionists block the Room cards before 12pm they must be wait till 2pm after then Block cards. every time we faced same problem need upgrade the system till 2pm day of Check out

All team members are customer service and professional. always smiling and available.

My first time in Ibis is amazing. The moment you entered the lobby it’s already smells so good up until you went to your room. Their staffs are super accommodating and friendly specially the one who entertained us in the reception for the check-in and even the person for the check-out (I should have ask their name tho). We’re traveling for 5 hours so we’re very tired but Ibis made us very happy when they upgraded our regular room to a suite room without any additional payment. Thank you Ibis. Highly recommended.

The staff at the main door security, Reception, and in the rooms are extremely polite and exceptionally cooperative. The cleanliness from the lobby to the rooms is truly remarkable. Our stay at this hotel was truly worthwhile.

Very good hotel. For me everything was perfect here. Rooms are very clean and cosy. Bed and shower are comfortable. Breakfast is great as well. For extra fee dinner is available which is very good also. Its quite far from promenade, need to use taxi, but given how big Jeddah is, it is ok

Me and my friends just went there for coffee, then we found out that there was a buffet offered at an affordable price. There was a lot of food to choose from fitting any nationality's palate. We went to the 11th floor, although It was scary due to my fear of heights, the night view was really breathtaking. We will definitely come back.

The best hotel to stay in. Location is perfect. Staff is friendly. Housekeeping manager Emad is very supportive. After11 is great place to relax and have sheesha with 360 city view.

Everytime I come to Jeddah I stay here. Nice hotel. Good service. Fast check in &out. Clean. Good breakfast buffet. And the kindness of staff, specially Ahmed in the restaurant of the lobby. Good location, not very far from airport nor corniche. Lots of restaurants and malls in the neighborhood where you can go walking! Like in Europe. Something not common in arabian cities.

Comfortable place with friendly staff. I saw many families staying. Lunch Buffet at SR69 or $20 was very reasonably priced at a very good quality of food.
