Al Murooj Kareem Hotel

What a great hotel in a fantastic, unbeatable location! This hotel is located in the old town and is close to everything a tourist wants to see and do. The rooms, although are dated are spacious and clean. There are shops, restaurants, supermarkets, malls, bakeries and of course the beautiful old historic town of Jeddah, all within short walking distances. The staff are fabulous, especially lovely young Ali on reception -what a great asset to this hotel he is! Good value for money as it really is in the best area in Jeddah. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

Well, well, well, we are a mother and daughter CURRENTLY staying at this hotel, I have just read the review that the lady from the "UK" left yesterday and I am absolutely astounded. It cannot be true, we are finding this place to be absolutely fantastic and as far from the previous review as possible. Ali on the reception is a lovely person, always smiling and very very professional. The cleaning is done perfectly, the air conditioning works perfectly, you can bring business associates, friends to meet you in the seating area, we cannot find anything at all that is not good here. This hotel is absolutely excellent, extremely safe for solo women or men, nobody bothers anyone. We cannot recommend highly enough. We are so grateful to have found this place and the value is incredible. So anybody looking for a comfortable, clean and extremely reasonabley priced hotel , you will most definitely not get better than here. I think the previous reviewer is from a competitor of some sort and most definitely has never stayed here. It is grossly unfair to give reviews that are untrue and extremely false. We cannot wait tocome back to stay here and I recommend anybody either a solo traveller, family or otherwise to stay here and enjoy the peace, security and comfort that is on offer at Al Morooj Kareem Hotel.

Lovely, clean place with friendly staff. Nice, large rooms. Supermarkets and restaurants round the corner.

Location-wise is perfect. Exactly located in Balad, shopping area. Service is great, front desk is friendly and helpful. The worthiness is fair, can get a better hotel with the price. Room is clean

I stayed there for two nights. Nice not expensive hotel. Be ready for German plug. Keep in mind that parking in the center is paid, it turned out to be not difficult to pay, stock up on coins of 1 rial. The hotel is located on the edge of the old town, which is very convenient.

Our hotel stay was excellent. Clean place and very near to all maketplace in Balad. Our check out time was 12 noon but they accepted the delay and they charge it free. They have a very friendly staff too. 🙂

Good for the couple traveler that dont need more space and low budget but excellent roomy...
