Assila, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Jeddah

Incredible hotel and service!! The rooms were stunning and the staff were all very accommodating and professional! The bathrooms were huge with a bath tub as well as nice long showers with strong water! Very spacious. Breakfast was so yummy, with so many options and the freshly fried eggs were yummy especially the omelettes! Huge thanks to Olympio who served my tea every morning exactly how I liked it and always smiled! Thanks to all!

Very professional staff. Great service at 360°. Breakfast buffet is incredibly good, especially the fruit section.

There is an additional restaurant, which I'd really advise everyone staying at the hotel to try.

Gym is great too. There is also an instructor always available if you need support during your workout.

Actually it's an amazing hotel with very nice friendly staff😍.
Every thing actually exceeds expectations. Rooms are very clean and very well equipped. Restaurants and foods served are very delicious.
Very nice cafe, and special mention to Mrs Dania (the barista) who are very helpful and friendly and always glad to help you like other staff members. Very warm greetings also to all receptionists 💕💕.
Of course I will come again

Updating my review on Assila, I’ve stayed there 6 times starting from Dec till this month and they get better by the stay!

They don’t fail to make my stay special and spoil me with Arabic coffee, dates and fruits.

They have the most competent staff, Abdullah always checks in on how to make our stay more comfortable, Faisal also does our bookings within minutes and Rawan really makes sure we get our orders for in-room dining in top notch quality. I also tried their breakfast buffet this time and Mr. Anil really took care of us! It was honestly a very lovely experience. Khalid always made sure we had everything we needed.

Highly recommend Assila, but I wish the points system was more rewarding.

As someone who has been to hotels around the world, this place was impeccable. The service was amazing, the rooms were updated and beautiful. Central location and you can take a taxi / Uber easily to most places.

Shout out to Judah and Kevin, who were extremely helpful with my bags.

It was an amazing experience specially the event on Friday kitchen 24 in second floor. It’s a unique event with live music entertainment, live fish market , Asian corner and international cuisine.
Highly recommended to try this event once

I had dinner at sidhattra lounge on the rooftop, which is Buddah Bar, renamed to a more appropriate name for KSA.

The place was beautifully designed, the food was excellent , and the service too.
Special thanks to Maeva, a very sweet and attentive waitress from Lebanon.
Loved everything but the music was quite high for my liking.

Came here for a business function, the meeting rooms are great and the staff is greater. Thank you Wassim and Emanuel for being so kind and so attentive the needs of the people who were there and thank you for assisting me throughout the two days.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 days. The breakfast has been great and supported by superb services. I would like to commend Olympio and Jamela who on different days knew what kind of coffee/tea I liked, and helped with the choices of food!

In addition, since this is my first time in Jeddah. Both Yahya Ghamdi and Bassam Affandi who guided me and my wife to the key tourist sites. They even helped with my transport and thought ahead to break my 100 Riyals into smaller change so that I could easily pay for the transport, taking me and my wife to enjoy the wonders of King Fahd's Fountain; at the right time!!

Lovely hotel in city location. Nice large rooms with separate bath and shower. Lots of shops close by and easy access to the main road for the airport.

Outstanding hospitality and friendly staff. High standards facilities

I stayed there with my husband and 3 year old son for over a month at the residence side. The first night we stayed at a smaller unit and then we asked for another one so they moved us to another unit which was way more spacious. We loved and enjoyed the stay very much. The staff were so friendly and considerate of our needs and patient with our son (especially during the buffet). The place was spotless clean and the kitchen has a microwave, stove, full-size fridge, oven, and a dishwasher. The windows are huge so you get an amazing view and a lot of sunlight. Our reservation included a breakfast buffet and it was good. We ordered room-service about ten times and we loved the variety of options their menu has.
Overall, this will definitely be our #1 choice whenever we are in Jeddah!

The hotel is perfect by all means, great staff with a great sense of hospitality, since the moment of check in you feel like home, they do have a great guest experience standards. Simply a place where you meet and see great Arabic hospitality culture ❤❤ I will diffidently book Assila for my next visit to Jeddah
