Best place to be! Although instructors aren't very helpful. And they can communicate in mostly Arabic, but if u know your exercises, you can join it.

I like this branch a lot ..the coaches are better than other places ..my concern is about the trainees …some of them they don’t use self hygiene product for Body care !???? All of us want to practice in a healthy environment ..

Fitness Time offers multiple subscription options and you can visit to try and check. This particular branch opened recently and fully equipped. I goes there as well :)

The gym is very organized and clean, nice and welcoming staff. This facility has everything from cardio to resistance machines. Not crowded at all👍🏻

Well equipped gym with all facilities. There was giant swimming pool too with sauna and jacuzzis both hot and cold

Best trainers ever! Friendly and always ready to help. No over crowding but never deserted. Good variety of machines. Programs available for everyone regardless of their fitness goals. Value for momey. Highly recommend.

This is one of the best branches of fitness time with a good staff and nice and clean equipments.
The best time to visit this place is between 10:00 am to 4:00 pm as there are not many people.
Evening time becomes too crowdy.

First of all, it is mentioned wrong that PRO for Ladies only...lol This gym is not for ladies its for men. Awesome place to relax exercise swim aerobics you just name it! All equipment are neat, clean and new. Instructors are bit rude may be due to language or too loaded. Swana, Jaccuzi my favourite. You don't need to get your towel shampo soap etc all Facilities even shaving foam and razors are also available. Fitness time really worth it. I did it for 3 years really addicted.

I can say its perfect place to enjoy me time in gym, classes and specially swimming.it is well equiped gym . staff is v nice and helpful.

One of the best branches. It's really organized and most of the time empty, but almost no parking lots and really hard to find one. Other than that it's awesome.

Great place to workout with swimming pool gakozi both hot and cold sona and steam bath there r also showers changing rooms swimsuit driers and good equipment to workout.

It is not only for ladies it's for mal and female separately, for men it's very nice large gym, only machine need to be updated.

Full equipped gym with swimming pool steam and souna available very nice, large space lockers available, neat and clean.

They don't have drinking water facility otherwise had a good experience.
