To update my review still I can say the best in Jeddah. I joined the club during national day offer. So, catch their offers it worth it.

It is worth it as I have seen the change on my daily life only after one month.
What good about it
1- you can book your class at the time you prefer through the app.
2- Now after they move to another location parking is much easier.
3- well educated trainers who see last if you do the exercise in a wrong way.
What to improve
1- To have different times of classes and mix them between days “ now theory class is only 4pm and 8pm” I suggest to have couple days same classes with different timing.

Overall One of the best in Jeddah.

If you enjoy exercising with a group, this is the right place.
If you want safe exercise, this is the right place.
If you want to lose weight, this is the right place.
I love the place, and I love the vibe of the place.

I started my CrossFit journey last month and decided to write the review at the end of it. Keep in mind it’s a CrossFit gym so you won’t find your typical weight machines but you will find Olympic quality free weights and a few benches and bars and racks as well as a few cardio machines. you can either book classes through an app (CrossFit , interval training and even calisthenics) or book an empty slot to train on your own (the app is amazing showing you classes as well as a workout schedule). They also offer non gym activities like runs or bikes at the cournaish. So far it’s been a 10/10 experience on all fronts. The reception staff are friendly and always willing to help. The coaches are very professional and have an athleticism level you strive to achieve, regardless how crowded the classes are they pay attention and give you advice to help you grow and push you to your limits. The community of girls at interval plus have been the most supportive! They cheer you on and push you and is just a sisterly love I haven’t found at other gyms.

Interval Plus is the best thing happened to me in 2022. This gym stands out with its customer service, trainers and members.
Don't expect traditional gym with machines and stuff like that, it's about CrossFit, Strength and HIIT.
Once you are a member, you are part of the community, everyone will support, guide and push you to do better.

Best professional CrossFit trainers in Jeddah. Worse parking unfortunately and I wish they have a bigger facility with some recovery facilities such as an ice tub or similar..

Working hours on Saturday needs to be fixed
As in Riyadh they close at 8pm on Saturday but in jeddah they close at 5pm, Its frustrating that i can't attend a Saturday class, fix it please
Otherwise its a great plase to workout at great atmosphere full of positive energy

The CrossFit class is very good and my favorite however the only negatives are the parking and the elevator.

Best crossfit box ever. The coaches are super nice and helpful, they will always push you to be a better version of yourself.
