I have had many coaches throughout my life, some coaches have been good other not so good. However, I could not continue for long time. But, Coach Fedia is realy different from all the coaches I have had and she’s my favorite coach because of the relationship we built and because she believed in me from day one.

My workouts with coach Sara Al-Amri are always exciting, challenging & new. Whenever I find something that works for me, she switch it up to keep me interested. Thank you Sara for keeping our training sessions fresh and interesting – it’s just one of the many things I love about working with you.

The place is good and clean The management are good all of them are nice you can ask them anytime😊👍 the coaches are good also😊 coach hadeel she is good and very nice😊❤

The place is very spacious it has all the basic equipment a little dated but it gets the job done the staff are friendly and professional 👍🏻

Great gym! Fitness Time is the best in Saudi. I always play basketball here. Basketball days are Sat, Mon and Wed.

Fitness Time Macrona has one of the best coaches in the world coach Sarah Alamri is the best in everything from classes to Personal Training in everything she is perfect I switch from fitness time alsamer to Macrona just because of the best coach Sarah Alamri, I am so lucky to get to know coach Sarah Alamri she makes me learn that the only way to do great work is to love what you do and I am 100 percent sure that she loves her work because she always gives her best♥♥♥💪🏻

undoubtedly, i highly recommended FTL MACRONAH BRANCH, the COACHES( coach RIM,ROUA,SARAH ALAMRI,SARAH ALZAHRANI, YATHREB,FEDIA AND OTHER STAFFS are friendly always smiling and approachable.They always lend hand if you need advices,they will help you on how to do well in your weaknesses.
The club is spacious, the equipments and the surroundings are always neat and clean.

Best gym.. fitness time has all the facilities.. classes are proper, machineries are very well equipped, the trainer name SALLY is excellent her innocence, attitude and softness is much more appreciated , i love the trainer Sally in this branch😘😘

This Review describes the branch one month ago. It will be more useful for people who never entered Fitness Time before. When i visited this branch, it was composed of 2 floors. The ground floor contained swimming pool, hot and cold jacuzzi, Steam room, sauna room, lockers, changing rooms and shower rooms. You will need to remember your locker number and bring your own lock. The second floor contained walking/Running track, cardio devices , gym devices and a room for group fitness sessions. This branch is currently closed to be prepared for ladies only.
