I love this place! I like the vibe and how easy going and laid back the staff are. They are all good.
I’ve been with them on/off for the past 2 years but now I’m committed! I like how classes change and I enjoy how even the same class is different with another instructor. I enjoy pilates, yoga, strengthening classes. I hate spinning in general but I learned to start liking it a bit in this studio, I have to say spinning is an excellent exercise! TRX class is one of my favorite.
After one class you will feel happy and more relaxed immediately. You will notice that you can focus more and feel less anxious. Within 2 months of regular training you will start noticing changes in your body. It’s wonderful!

Fantastic studio with enthusiastic staff members who encourage you to work hard. Lots of classes to suit any level of fitness, from gentle yoga to high energy HIIT classes and spinning.

One of the most cleanest studios ever been to it has a-lot of professional trainers and very friendly staff if you are looking for a place to be fit and have fun then you are looking at the right place.
