Extremely happy to be vocal about this fantastic fitness hub with the state-of-the - art facilities and superior breed of fitness coaches. I specifically mention my personal coach Mr. Sami under whom I had undergone tremendous transformation. He even cured me of a nagging lower back injury that troubled me for years altogether. The cleanliness maintained is absolutely world class. The staff are well-equipped, highly professional and friendly in their support and assistance. It’s been six months of great experience I believe it must go on.

Complete and integrated club, reception is very good, especially brother wajihromdhani, a person of high moral character, always smiling person, personal training is very good, all activities are well explained and understood. Diet plan is sent every month

One of the best branch in jeddah its clean and there are many choices on the training machines, employees are nice , experienced one of them is called safuan best customer service so thank you.

It's an amazing gym definitely worth the money.
The gym has personal trainer which first examine the body fats and structure and then suggest different sections of every type of exercising machines according to your body structure to make the most of your time.
If that is not enough then how about hot jacuzzi and a 1.68 meters depth swimming pool.
I dont see why anyone would not want to apply here if they are looking for a decent gym at a reasonable price.

My favorite health club ever since I started working out I have stuck with Palestin branch for how friendly and helpful the coaches are best of luck to all the team

This according to my personal experience is the best Fitness Time branch in Jeddah
The main reasons I'm saying this for are the size, and the condition of the equipment
Everything looks feels and smells like new. And the swimming pool is nothing short I'd incredible

Exceptional . Clean . but crowded . Very organized . The only problem is the location . . Hard to find a parking .
Update : there are only 5 showers working , the rest is under construction . so this causes issue
