Captain Florence in the morning time is an absolute beast, he has a wealthy knowledge in body building. I rarely see coaches who work from the heart and care about the clients. Thank you coach you made me love this gym.

The gym is great. Very clean and smells really good. Many equipment and very spacious. Until now, I was never in a situation where i had to wait for a turn on any device. Many showers and there is a large swimming pool. The only thing is that you have to bring your own lock for the lockers.

Very Good Environment For The Gym. Equipments Are Well Maintained. The Staff Is Super Friendly And Helpful. The Swimming Pool And Jacuzzi Is Clean. The Prices For Memberships Are Reasonable.

Awesome it's huge like almost above 80+ gym sets with a running marathon type of system that you could enjoy instead of the treadmill and did I forgot to mention that it had two huge swimming pools and two jacuzi... man that was refreshing .. I hope you liked my comment

Nice gym but quite costly

Latest and amazing equipment for bodybuilding and you can also play table tennis, swimming pool. Suana bath and jacuzzi bath. Steam bath is also available to loos extra weight.

New equipment and courteous staff. Few speak English though. Gets a little over crowded in the weight lifting section at peak times but the other sections have more than enough machines
