Today I experienced Coach Mohammad who delivered clear instructions of the training, even though the class was at full capacity. I felt informed and looked after, which lead to a great experience.

This is the best place if you want to loose weight and be in a good shape and fit, mix between cardio and kickboxing, different training every day you will not feel board, only 30 min exercise.

The hand warppes they sell is low quality, it was cut by the first workout.

I don't like lifting weights at all and 9 round provides the opposite of that (kick boxing) they truly test my abilities everyday. 30 min of intense workout and it's worth it

this place provides a top notch training program, they have a good trainers that knows what they do if there were someone slacking they push him to finish the "9 rounds" it's a good experience even though I end up all soar but it's worth it
