Five star gym with excellent facilities. They went under a revamp and its now even far more better than before.

I recently joined and hygiene and cleanliness are really important to me. I'm happy to report that this gym is super clean and spacious. The equipment is all brand new and there's hardly ever a crowd!

What's even better is that there's a lounge area where you can chat with other gym-goers over coffee and there's plenty of parking available. I definitely think they should open more branches like this.

One of the best gyms in the city everything is good , just need to pay attention for the small things to improve it such as the prayer room is not used i don’t know why?!
And the wash rooms need a minor maintenance periodically.
And so on..

5 stars experience.
Modern and self-explanatory equipments.
Not crowded.
Nice lounge with two massage chairs and refreshments.
Squash court.

I have been a member of several other fitness centres across KSA and abroad, but I haven't seen one as well managed and maintained as Fitness Time Plus. Definitely worth the extra buck. The equipment is clean and regularly refurbished, the swimming pool is half-olympic, and wide enough for a dozen swimmers. They provide lounge and massage services as well.
