I love going to the gym. I was looking for a month in Jeddah, and I found RG Fit the best choice. They have nice facilities, they have awesome services, and the staff is incredible.

Their program is really good, all fitness levels, but you can also do your own training sessions.

Place / space is great. Love the location for where I live. The trainers have strong knowledge and switch up exercises which I appreciate. The group in the time slot I’m in are nice and positive ; and the best thing that guarantee’s me coming everyday is the sauna and ice bath.

I am new member in RG fit and it is from the best gyms i have ever been into. I am attending classes with Coach Haitham Gazzaz and Tyrone Jones. I strongly recommend their classes. They are very professional, experienced, helpful and most importantly always a smile on their face. The culture is filled with positive vibes and fun where you enjoy your time there.
