A gem of a hotel! Very well managed & maintained. Extremely comfortable and pretty clean rooms. I ordered a chicken kasbah and it was the best I had ever eaten in all my four decades in the middle east! Congratulations to Team Vivid jeddah on great job well done!

Only thing I would point out is to provide more complimentary mineral water.

Nothing to say bad about this place over all very clean room and cozy beds and polite employees stayed here about 4 days and a half

Receptionist Mohammed and his colleagues found cooperative and Indian staff found very supportive

Location is not far from the sea, rooms are clean and big, and the service is good and professional. Recommended

I have being staying at this brand new hotel for over a month now.
I would recommend it highly.
The management are very gracious hosts as are the hoteliers. A warm and welcoming attitude gives this luxury hotel that added extra of a place to call home.
The lovely Facilities and Location are an extra bonus.
Highly recommended.

Came here during the covid situation. So was little nervous. However this place has good measures and clean. The 5 star because it's a great hotel and the customer service is something special. They really went out of the way to make my experience more memorable.

Very nice hotel. Great breakfast, extreme cleanliness, nice staff and a good location close to the Corniche.

Love the lounge,v ery clean and luxurious. The coffee and fresh juice they offered at the lounge are affordable and taste great. Good service and COVID-19 precautionary adhering hotel.

This is my second time in 4 months and it was as I expected very nice place, very helpful staff special thanks to miss / Bayan ( الاستاذة/ بيان )from public relations for her help and rapid response, also many thanks to front desk staff and the restaurant staff and all the staff for my happy stay in the hotel.
