Alandalus Mall Hotel

Whenvere I am in the area, I choose to stay at this hotel. The service is always exceptional. The rooms are also very clean. In addition, there is a delicious breakfast and dinner buffet. Another great plus is that it is connect to the mall where there is plenty of shopping and food options available.

This hotel is recently acquired by Hilton. Still under updating by the new company. Good location and friendly staff. I loved that it is attached to Alandalus mall.

Location good, large room, clean dan comfortable. Staf is very friendly and helpfull, especially Mr Rasyid. If i Come again i will stay here again. Thank you for the hospitality.

We stopped over at Al Andalus Hotel on our way back to the US. It was a short however very pleasant stay. The food was extremely satisfying. Excellent customer service, Mahaboub took very good care of us. Overall a very good experience and highly recommended.

A very spacious, well decorated, clean stay. Its located alongside the mall which is also very convenient as its interconnected with a walking bridge as well. Breakfast spread is also very impressive and the staff very friendly. I have been revisiting them every month whenever I land in Jeddah. Highly recommended 👍

My only complaint is about room service I think it’s not available during Ramadan!!! I almost tried to call the restaurant more than 10 times but no success!!
So please if you don’t provide room service just don’t offer it as it’s misleading!!

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Al Andalus Hotel in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, from the 4th of June to the 20th of June, 2023. Overall, my experience at this hotel was quite positive, and I would recommend it to others.

First and foremost, the location of the hotel is excellent. It is situated in a convenient area of Jeddah, making it easily accessible to various attractions, shopping centers, and business districts. Easy access to Andalus mall to get all necessary requirements if you are new to Saudi.

The staff at Al Andalus Hotel were welcoming, friendly, and professional throughout my stay and can speak both English and Arabic. They were always ready to assist with any queries or requests I had, providing prompt and efficient service. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff provided me with all the necessary information about the hotel facilities and amenities.

Speaking of amenities, the hotel offered a range of facilities that enhanced my stay. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and comfortable. The bed was particularly cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day. The room was also equipped with modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV, a mini kitchen, and a safe for storing valuables. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping the room clean and tidy throughout my stay.

One of the standout features of the Al Andalus Hotel was its breakfast options. The on-site restaurant served a variety of delicious dishes, both local and international, and the breakfast buffet was extensive and of high quality. The hotel also had a coffee shop and a lounge area, providing additional options for relaxation and dining.

The hotel's recreational facilities were also commendable. The fitness center was well-equipped, allowing me to maintain my exercise routine while traveling. There was also a swimming pool where I could unwind and cool off during the hot days. The hotel's spa offered a range of treatments and massages, providing a perfect way to relax and rejuvenate. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool a lot.

In terms of improvements, there were a few minor issues during my stay. Always had problem when booking cab for due to construction of new hotel and the road going to hotel always got confused by drivers and confused with mall and hotel..

In conclusion, my experience at Al Andalus Hotel in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, was highly positive. The hotel's convenient location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, excellent dining options, and recreational facilities made my stay enjoyable. I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jeddah and looking for a pleasant and comfortable accommodation experience.

3-4 dec 22, we booked at this hotel. Thank you very much for excellent services from reception ms ohoud and to room upgrade, awesome city view. The breakfast team with great fresh waffle and soft egg salmon. The second floor for mall connection. The pool and clean gym. The lunch for salmon, avocado salad and special request chicken soup gladly appreciated for my allergy. Everything perfecto! May everyone came here felt the same excitement as me.
