MashaAllah very luxurious and modern hotel. Very fast check-in laterally less than 5 minutes.

The lobby very unique very nice.the staff are very friendly and very nice hospitality.especially Mr Ahmad he is kind of person very friendly and always smiling and vey polite.I really enjoyed the staying at the hotel and I will come back again to this location.finally,thank you very much for everything.

Excellent hotel with luxurious premium rooms, we got accommodation for a day stay for free with saudi airlines. Breakfast is mind blowing, royal.

It's a very nice place with good suites and hospitable staff members. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

The only problem is, that you have no possibility to park your car... Otherwise, wedding halls and service are excellent...

Friendly staffs and very comfortable room especially the bed and pillows are impeccable. Food was great too. Grand and aesthetics. Highly recommended. Special Thank you to the receptionists. They are helpful and hospitable.

The location is great easy to arrive . The entrance is great . Workers are polite and cooperative. The elevators are from Mitsubishi and really good . The lobby is big and have restaurant where my reservation included breakfast which is good and satisfied.the room is great with single big bed and nice matress. Have coffee maker central air conditioning.nice toilet have most what you need and hot water shower . The gym is good and I found all what I need for my workout but not considered pro.gym . I recommend it.

Saudia Airlines sent us here because of a mix up on our flight to LAX. This hotel is very welcoming and attentive. The entire staff is exceptionally helpful and kind. The rooms and bathrooms are clean.

Room service is fast and the food is really delicious during iftar. We’re extremely happy with this place and would highly recommend it to anyone.

You can find clean rooms everywhere, you can find delicious food everywhere you can find cozy bed everywhere but, The working Staff was the best thing in this place….

We got invitation for iftar. Very nice hall for meeting or dinner. For Rice food (biryani, mandi) for me... Just standar.. Not especially, but the others (8 scale 10).
Waiters very helpfull and responsible.

But one thing they need to improve mention how RF room door lock operate.

Tried open buffet for lunch on Friday.. The buffet is sea food + appetizers with shrimp and salmon + two kinds of sea food soups + squid 🦑 + sweet bar + fruits bar
+ you may ask for fried fish (hamor, shaaor, najel ..etc)
they severing two pieces of grilled lobster 🦞😍😍 very delicious 😋
I do recommend to put more varieties of sea food like (crab, grilled shrimp, lobster)

Overall the food was fresh and tasty 👍🏻💕
They served big bottle of water and after finishing they served your choice of coffee ☕

Very helpful staff and they speak good English. Nice rooms, nice bathrooms, Western style. Beautiful decor. Best hotel I've stayed at in Saudi Arabia.
