Crowne Plaza Jeddah, an IHG Hotel

Great service at the restaurant especially Naushad, thanks for your great hospitality.
The rooms are clean although a bit small. The meeting rooms are quiet and located away from any noises. The employees at the reception are very friendly and helpful. All together it was a great experience.

Visually impressive front the front door all the way to the hall where we sat and ate. Everything was picture worthy, but I saved the picture taking for the food. It's definitely worth a second trip. Maybe I should post their menu because the food and service with impeccable.

I have stayed in many crowne plaza hotels and this one is easily the best among them all

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the luxurious Crowne plaza, and it truly exceeded all expectations. The impeccable service provided by the staff was unparalleled – from the moment I stepped in, I felt like a VIP. The attentive waiters in the hotel's restaurant made dining an absolute delight, ensuring a memorable experience with their prompt service and excellent knowledge of the menu.

The attention to detail extended to the cleanliness of the room, where every corner exuded pristine perfection. Housekeeping staff maintained a standard of hygiene that reflected the hotel's commitment to excellence. The availability and professionalism of the hotel personnel further added to the overall splendid stay, making it an epitome of luxury and hospitality.

Crown plaza located right next to the Corniche, staff was very nice, we were received by Samara one of the reception ladies and she was very professional and friendly, felt welcomed right away.
Their morning breakfast buffet had a good selection to choose from and we had a great time during our stay

Crowne Plaza has the best Japanese restaurant, Sakura in Jeddah. We are firm customers for around 15 years and this restaurant has never failed to disappoint us with persistent and glamorous hospitality. From the wooden interiors, to the cosy but upscale dining experience, to the menu and colourful presentation. Each time i visit, as I'm leaving I make prayers for them to improve further. We love the tempura, salmon, white fish and luscious sushi. This restaurant MashAllah is consistent in management and experience. A very difficult position to hold in such a competitive industry.
However no other Japanese restaurant meets the mark! They are famous for their fresh iftar buffet in Ramadan as well.

My sister and I enjoyed our breakfast. Faizen our waiter was polite and provided awesome service. My sister was in a rush to leave for a meeting and Faizen was happy to pack her cappuccino as takeaway. We were delighted.

Wonderful stay , i stay at this hotel every time I stop by, their service and hospitality really represent their dedication and hard work..

Rooms are clean, and decently sized. Has all the basic needs one would want. The service at the restaurant was especially good, I was offered takeaway juice and coffee after breakfast which was a nice gesture. The variety and quality of food was excellent as well. They have a juicing station and the juices there are great!
Very quiet and cozy hotel. The location isn't the best but I would still come here again as that doesn't really mean much.

Stayed here during the Red Sea International Film Festival in December of 2022 and 2023. The rooms and service were very good. The breakfast was a huge buffet and the waiters were very attentive including Naushad and the entire team in the restaurant.

The hotel is really nice in a good position near the corniche and beach walk,breakfast super good but the room was really small. A bit much expensive

The Hotel place are good and the food with service so great ... This is not the first time I booked in this hotel but every time am thinking to visit Jeddah I keep it in my mind, I would like to thanks the staff in receptionist for their warm welcome and Mr .Noushad for his service , thanks alot

The accomadations is in the tip top conditions..the hospitality given especially when i am dining for breakfast, lunch even dinner. The staff by the name Naushad accomadate us with his smile and warm gesture..even he gaves us hot chocolate for the day! Send our regards to him

Mohammed Afiz was the kindest and sweetest man at Crown Plaza! I was feeling sick during my last day at the hotel and ordered in room dining service, he was the person who delivered my food and brought me extra water, fresh mint, lemons and garlic to make hot tea for my fever. Thank you so much Mohammed - you are a wonderful human being!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Crown Plaza Hotel in Jeddah. It provided a comfortable and serene environment, allowing me to work peacefully and effectively. Additionally, I relished the delectable breakfast at the hotel's restaurant.

Nice place to stay at. Rooms were ready and we got to choose which floor is preferred. Everything was clean and sanitary.

Their Breakfast buffet had a variety of food, and Naushad was very nice and of great help.

Would definitely stay again for any future trips to Jeddah inshallah.

Excellent service by Faisal. I didn’t need to get up from my chair, he brought every to me and made sure I was well taken care of. Great hospitality!
