Best hotel I’ve ever been to, better than any 5-star hotel I have seen. Rooms were spacious, clean, bathrooms were big and clean, super functional (light controls were really convenient and TV had Chromecast so I didn’t need to bring my HDMI chord which we always forget), and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Don’t look any further if you are looking for a hotel in Jeddah, it’s hands-down the best one out there.

Great place, was there for work and didn't have any problems, staff were very welcoming and friendly. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

It was on the main road so should be as easy as anywhere else to get where you need to go. Also not to far from the airport.

We are thrilled to report that the wedding at Sihar Hall in Sunset was a huge success and a memorable event. We were particularly impressed with Nada's exceptional handling of our needs, and Emma's decor team executed our vision with precision and professionalism. The stage and table settings were impeccable, making the event truly unforgettable. We owe a special thanks to Mr. Rizwan Shaik, the talented chef who created a delectable dinner that left every guest asking for more. The variety of salads, starters, desserts, and the main course meal were all divine. The DJ's perfect music selection kept the guests entertained and dancing throughout the night. The Mawaddah Hall and Zainah Hall, reserved separately for ladies and gents, were not only spacious for 100 guests each and beautifully adorned but also created an atmosphere of sophistication and charm. The attention to detail in the hall decor added an enchanting touch to our special day.

We stayed at Sunset Jeddah hotel to attend family member wedding ceremony. As the hotel is four stars but actually the elegance, beautiful decors and artworks, quality of service, professional hospitality by All team which qualify the hotel for five stars. The hotel is uniquely positioned in the heart of Jeddah and close to all facilities, malls and logistics.

Our deluxe room no 226 was spacious enough to accommodate us and felt like at home. All room details made our stay enjoyable and comfortable.

The hotel have many wedding ballrooms beautifully decorated with elegance.

I wish to thank the greatest and beautiful inside outside front desk officer Ms Wedian, i consider her as the maestro of all hotel services. Wedian put extra efforts to ensure all our rooms requirements were instantly attended. Thanks also to Asiel and Nawaf who helped us on checking out in professional and friendly manner.

We All used the in room dining services and had breakfast and refreshments at the restaurant too so wish to thank the lovely Ms Mada and Anis who went extra mile to serve us professionally with smiling face. Chef Rizwan's artistry deserves special accolades. From perfectly cooked meat and seafood to the artistically crafted desserts, each plate was a work of art that left me craving for more. The variety and quality of the culinary offerings surpassed my expectations, and I must say, Sunset Jeddah has certainly set a benchmark in gastronomic excellence. The overall hospitality was excellent.

A very good hotel. I stayed for one night, really a very good hotel. Especially the front guys are very good, here I will mention the name of one, his name is Moin, he is Bangladeshi. His behavior was very good. He showed me around the entire hotel. And the beauty of the hotel is not worth mentioning. There is a lot of clean around. The staff was very good. I had a great time staying at this hotel. Its ranked a 4 stars hotel but actually it feels like 5 stars. Cleaning, atmosphere andCustomer care are excellent by all meaning. I love the interior and exterior design of this hotel. The furnitures are very nice and looks elegant. The place is neat, and feels comfortable and cozy. The steak, springrolls, um ali we ordered for room service is super delicious. The swimming pool area is very attractive. There are lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Over all rating, I love it.

We found this hotel last minute since our booking at another hotel was cancelled. It was great! They accepted us at around 3am without any booking. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. They clearly prioritize the satisfaction of their customers. The hotel is clean and the rooms are great. We had a twin-bed room and a king-sized-bed room that also had a living room. The only comments I have is that the shower got stopped up but they immediately came to fix it. The cleaning in my room (king-sized room) was okay. It seemed that the cleaners were too afraid to organize/move my belongings around which I guess is okay. In the other room I booked (the twin room), they organized it well. The food is also pretty good.
