I really don’t put hotel reviews as if you come to 5 stars you expect 5 stars and that is that. Normally things are not 100% but that is travel and we should make sure we don’t become the Karens for the industry….. except when I came to this hotel in Jeddah!!!! Wow, I am blown away at any standard, it is close to the airport, The decoration is gorgeous all top quality material. It is as if you are going into a royal Palace. The rooms are incredibly large with amazing decoration and facilities, high-tech and completely connected, including lights and blinds. Everything is up-to-date. The food was amazing. The breakfast was truly multi multi cuisines, that will serve any taste. The staff is very friendly and I wish I have more time just to sit and enjoy the treatment. This is a place that I will definitely come back to anytime I come visit the city. Thank you Casablanca hotel for incredible good job.

Place 10 min from hotel and in front of arab mall and 15 min away from red-sea mall , hotel reception abdullah was great good service, rooms wide and specious and clean staff very helpful only food at room wasnot good at all i wish management take care of undelicous food point

This was a tenth or more episode of visiting the Garden restaurant on the roof of the Casablanca Grande Hotel. Like always it was fantastic 🤩🤩🤩🤩. The food is fresh and delicious. The prices are amazing and the service was top notch. I would like to thank Mr. Mohammed Adel for his support and wonderful hospitality 🌹🌹🌹🌹👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Loved every second of our stay there. The room was lovely, clean, and high tech. I love that the bathroom was disinfected and had disinfectant seals on them. The staff was really helpful. We actually got there a little early, and they were able to accommodate us. Right across the street is the Mall of Arabia, so great location. Right behind the hotel, there is a Masjid, which was very convenient. Everything about our stay was lovely. Highly recommend this hotel!

The technology in this hotel is upgraded and any visitor will have a good staying with the perfect location and view with the best food quality

Visited to have suhoor accordingly would like to thank staff عواطف & عمرو for there extra mile hospitality. Casablanca is lucky to have such great staffs.
Minor highlights on lobsters was not up to fair taste but overall would rate 10/10.

The hotel is beautiful, modern, technological and pleasant. The best restaurant of several other hotels I've been to and I've been to many. The rooms are spacious, clean and fantastic, pure technology. All commands are electronic. Too much. The meeting room is large and does not smell bad, that smell of dust, which usually has. The gym is very good. The price is a bit high, but well worth it.

I was really satisfied with everything. Room and bathrooms comfort. Facilities in room especially connecting the LED to laptop. View from room.
The food at roof BBQ restaurant was amazing including the dining arrangements and sheesha shop.
Breakfast was also very good including plenty of options from international and continental items.
The service staff at reception and room service also very quick and welcoming.
Location also great for business trip as it's near to airport and calm and quiet environment.
Overall very great experience. Will definitely choose again for a business trip.

Nice quarantine experience. Perhaps for the check in time should be flexible cause I wait for 2 hours because I came earlier than check in time. Overall, it's great service for the meals, PCR, and other services.
