InterContinental Jeddah, an IHG Hotel

Super convenient location. The room seems to be outdated, but still at the good standard. Breakfast was amazing! Swimming pool (3m deep) is old, but does the job. We had very few people, so I'm not sure how it copes when it is busy. 360 restaurant was super nice (sea view), but the food selection could be better. Sushi bar next door (Crown Plaza h), Mc Donald 50m walk, sea side just across the street. Gold member, but this was missed - does not affect the score - still good.

Intercontinental is more than a hotel for me. I have had my wedding at Sultan Ballroom, stayed multiple times in the hotel and had multiple visits to the restaurant sections for lunch. All in all, a spectacular hotel at the heart of south corniche near to the beautiful fountain which happens to be the largest fountain in the world. A must visit to this place.

The room is nice and clean, the location is near the sea which I love. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Would definitely come again of I have the chance.

Charming hotel with excellent service! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Breakfast choice was amazing loved it. The pool was spacious and allowed all guests to enjoy Jeddah’s good weather.

They have variety of food many international cuisine and good food.
Price is can be little expensive compare to other places but its worth it

Went for a meeting only and had dinner at the fish restaurant in the hotel, which is a very good place for all sorts of fish from the Red Sea...

I traveled to Jeddah for a business trip and decided to spend the night and depart the next day. The foyer of the hotel was stunning both day and night.

The rooms selected at check-in for us were secluded in an excellent location, and the vibes of the hotel rooms felt like an apartment. We are done, IHG team 👏👏

The bathroom and amenities were top-notch, and kudos to the housekeeping team.

During check-out, the lady at the reception desk was smiling and welcoming. A genuine smile does make a difference.

The valet gentlemen indulged me in a good conversation in the morning. He left me with positive vibes and showed the hotel management does take good care of their teams.

The breakfast I ordered from room service was up to par, and kudos to the gentleman who delivered my order (even if my juice spilled on the trolley cloth, you still delivered good service).

When returning to Jeddah for work or leisure, I found a place to call home.

Great hospitality, very welcoming staff.
Rooms are very spacious, comfortable, clean. Welcoming amenities was very nice. After check in I received a call from the guest relation to make sure that everything went well and if I needed anything.
Also I have to mention that the respond was very fast when I requested or asked about anything. 😍😍😍😍

Had an amazing experience from the day we arrived. Staff are very attentive and regular ask for feedback and whether we need any assistance. Breakfast options are excellent with a variety of dishes available. The cleaners do a great job of keeping not just the room but also the surrounding areas clean. Our 4 year old had vomited early in the morning, a room attendant named Jashim was available straightaway and got the beds cleaned and changed.

I would strongly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Masjid Nabawi. Location is excellent, it is easy to get access the city and the holy sites.

This hotel was my first time with Intercontinental and they have definitely impressed me enough to want to stay with their brand in the future.

Just next to Jeddah old corniche in Al Hamra district, it’s one of organized property that I stayed. Jeddah fountain which is tallest in the World is just at the view point outside the hotel and from room if u select sea view. Lots of good food options at 2 mints walk away.

Thanks Intercontinental Jeddah for the great experience, everything was perfect from the hotel location, front office, quality of service, large accommodation space , last but not least food & beverages was super good with deffrent variety.

Staffs are friendly and very helpful Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.

We tried their eftar open buffet .. very organized and professional, delicious various of options, highly recommended for families too.

I've already stayed three times at Intercontinental Jeddah. Location is great, Staff is very efficient and friendly. Continental breakfast is very good in my opinion.
