The Ritz-Carlton Jeddah

Wow. Just wow. This hotel was on another level. It’s the most stunning luxury and grand hotel I’ve stayed at. Everything is just stunning there’s not one place or thing in this hotel that wasn’t just stunning. The service was the best I’ve ever experienced. The cleaners the doorman the receptionists were all so friendly so warm and made us feel so welcome and cared for. The location is also amazing Palestine street is quite near where all the shops are.

This is located near the corniche in Jeddah. Very nice location. You could tell it was going to be a nice experience. The hotel looks spectacular. The foyer of the restaurant was very spacious and luxurious. The dining/ function rooms were very large. The buffet consisted of a variety of cuisines; Italian, Indian and Arabic. Beef, lamb, fish, shrimp, salmon, chicken and sheep were all available. A variety of starters and desserts were on offer. Salads, bread and cheese were all available. The service was exceptional. Overall it was an experience. Recommended? If you can afford it. Worth a visit.

What a fantastic stay! We booked the hotel as a surprise for my mother! We were upgraded on arrival to the most amazing sea view suite. The hotel is outstanding in every respect and the service is fantastic! I look forward to coming back soon.

A palace 5 stars to the truest form. Every single aspect of this hotel exceeds par by a long shot. The rooms are impeccable, the staff are sweet and friendly the atmosphere is relaxing and airy. Every corner you turn you are met with wondrous glamour and attention to detail. The moldings and pillars and every inch of each wall and ceiling are to be marveled at. This hotel is certainly one of the nicest in the entire world that I have stayed in.

Staff:
The staff are warm pleasant and inviting. Every request was met with alacrity. The front desk staff are helpful and patient.

Rooms:
Each room is resplendent with design and tasteful aesthetics. Quality is met at every facet from solid wooden carved doors to marble and high quality glass. Most importantly the rooms are comfortable, quiet and super spacious fit for a king.

Food:
The breakfast buffet is plentiful and delicious set in their onsite restaurant Reyhana which in itself is a beautiful salon artfully decked with color and design.

Location:
It’s located on the Jeddah corniche with a great view of the water. You can see the King Fahd Fountain directly from the hotel but not necessarily from the rooms. The area is very quiet and relaxing despite being on a main road. The hotel is well situated with a less than 20 min taxi to any point of interest within Jeddah but away from any bustling area.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel if you are in Saudi Arabia. Even to come to Saudi Arabia in general is recommended. It is a safe clean and relaxed country with utmost tech and luxury available as well.
Whether for business or pleasure this place will meet your necessities and cater you a pleasant stay. Even If not in need of hospitality, this place is a must simply to marvel at its sheer splendor.

We went here for a fairytale wedding and we were so happy to be here. It was mesmerizing and a great experience. The only little thing... We found it a little disappointing that we couldn't sit anywhere out door.

I didn’t like the classic decor and colors. Food taste @ the restaurant although of good variety is nothing to tell home about. Otherwise, everything was great.

The suite was perfect with huge space and having great view to corniche
Housekeeping were very helpful day and night to make sure everything is perfect
The spa was amazing with great jacuzzi and sauna but unfortunately no swimming pool here
Mr. Vickie was the restaurant manager at breakfast time having great personality with humble attitude who I respect more special thanks to him and I will make sure to meet him again if I pass again
The caramel cafe Saudi worker were very excellent and very helpful and you must try their macrons and sweet

I spent 5 days, the staff are very kind, helpful and smiles all the time.
I really enjoyed but I didn't try the breakfast it wasn't included with the room .

This stay was one of the greatest experiences my family and I ever encountered. First of all, my family had just relocated to Saudi Arabia, we were exhausted from travels and came in to this magnificent hotel around midnight. We were welcomed by Mr Badr AlHazmi that felt every bit of exhaustion we and immediately reciprocated his understanding with full respect and regard. We booked for a Sea View Deluxe room but that wasn’t enough for Badr then he wanted to surpass our experience. Not only he did surpassed every expectation but upgraded our room to a much better room with a breathtaking view of the beautiful city of Jeddah. Thank you is an understatement for your respect and elegance Mr Badr.

In addition, to our amazing stay, we had the honor to communicate with Mr Ahmad Algabbani from the concierge desk- that made everything possible and prepared instantaneously every single request including our Umrah trip for the first time (which it was a life changing trip) due to the guide that Mr Ahmad connected us to. Even my toddler’s entertainment was all managed by Mr Ahmad from providing her painting materials to providing her with fruits and cakes that she completely enjoyed. Thank you Mr Ahmad for every single minute and your availability there for my family and I.
