Rosewood Jeddah Hotel

Distinguished hotel and services. Located on Jeddah beautiful corniche. staff are Super nice and helpful. Lobby cafe is my favorite place with sea view ( indoor) . Tried the Turkish coffee and the Saudi coffee with dated it is one of the best in town.

We went to the Skylounge and the view was really nice. The manager brother Salem, welcomed us from the ground floor and was kind enough to also accompany us till the 17th floor. We were served well, kudos to Kuya Jay, the barista who was really accomodating. Food was good and a big serving. Their coffee were also superb! Thank you for giving us a nice and wonderful experience.

Please just book this hotel and get ready for the best service experience ❤. The service was unforgettable! Rosewood did several turn down services throughout the day. We always returned to replenished water, fresh fruit, and trash removed. Our room came with the butler service, and Gopal was magnificent! God bless him. His attention to detail really made my husband and I happy. He left us hand-written notes. He spooled our charger cords, left me a lens wipe for my laptop, replaced our Toothpaste. He left a beautiful Jeddah City Snow Globe gift on our bed. He pressed the clothes I requested. Every day, we found rose petals in a design on the bed. During my stay, I had a severe allergic reaction and had to go to the Emergency Room (9 min away). Gopal, and the Rosewood Management Staff gave me a bouquet of flowers and checked on my health often after I returned. Thats real care. I told my family to continue to enjoy their day as I recovered in the room because I knew I was in good hands with the Rosewood staff.

Saudi Arabian coffee was always in the lobby. Our bags were taken to the room for us. Doormen were always friendly and helped direct us to local sites or wait on our uber. They delivered our Hunger Station orders to our room.

Our room included breakfast, and it didn't disappoint. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options. I've never stayed at a place with so many options, lol. Everything was fresh and well cooked. I was amazed when I asked for apple juice, and the waiter asked, "What color apple?" The juice was squeezed fresh from the juicer, pulp, and all. My husband enjoyed the fresh mango juice. No pre-made juice with extra sugar. #ThatsService The restaurant faces the beach for a great view while you dine.

My husband and I are active, so we work out in the mornings. The gym was clean and provided everything for a great workout. The gym overlooks the beautiful Red Sea. The machines were all new and in working order. We had the perfect variety to do a full body workout, cardio, and any circuit we prepared. They even had equipment to do full body health analysis. There was one disappointment: While the gym is co-ed, the sauna and steam room are not. It's men's only. This is unfortunate because that's my post workout routine. Hopefully, the rules will change soon.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Rosewood. We received a tour from the Sales Manager. He was patient and answered all of questions. We also learned some interesting facts about the Rosewood. Like how each Rosewood location has a unique seal and how the architecture mimics patterns and designs unique to Jeddah culture. It made us appreciate the building a lot more as we continued our stay.

Rooms were very clean and had all the amenities. The room’s half view of the sea was great. Breakfast was okay but the sea view was amazing.

Amazing staff, location and atmosphere. The rooms are beautiful, clean and comfortable.

Nice hotel… they are very friendly and welcoming .. and has the best lounge and pool rooftop in Jeddah

This is my best stay in Jeddah ever! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with no exception. I would like to specifically appreciate and thank Ms. Shoroug from the front desk, Mr. Yousef, Mr. Renea, Mr. Saleh and coach Ibrahim. The suite was fully equipped with all what you require for a family retreat. I sent them an email only 2 days prior to my arrival requesting for a birthday arrangement for my daughter. The birthday surprise arrangement was above and beyond and would exceed anyone’s expectations!

Everything was amazing, from check in to check out. Saying you went above and beyond is an understatement. Each time I have visited the rosewood I feel like a member of the family. Thank you to everyone on your team, for making all that they can, feel so welcome and accommodating.

Rooms are amazing, couple of restaurants inside and a roof top cafe with breathtaking Corniche view.
Rooms prices are however exaggerated.

One of the best hotels I’ve been booked. this is my first time I visit Jeddah and the hotel place is the best and near to many places in Jeddah. Overall everything was perfect, your employees were professional and very welcoming me on every time they saw me. The breakfast was perfect and have many deferent food. Keep it as the same perfect as I have seen.

I must say , amazing hospitality, very professional and helpful !

We took the meeting hall in the second floor
They did an amazing job at the table and seat organization , they provided screens and mics . Mostly the view is amazing!!!

They offered a coffee break room which was also nicely organized .

We had lunch on the 2nd floor the food is perfect all kinds from Mediterranean to western and asian food. Great seating all up to standard.

We had guests from Europe stay there also they are loved the rooms and the service all is great.

All in all amazing I would recommend them wether for a stay or an event or even for dinner.
