1st of all the location is so amazing where it's surrounded by different malls and different shopping shops , 2nd their items quality is do luxury which makes them unique , some will say it's expensive , yeah it's but in every things there is low and high quality which is has different prices , same for furniture , so they have high prices because their items quality is so good, with a free delivery and free installation in Mecca and Jeddah , and what i love the good service they have in some salesman , and guys most of the times they have big sales 🤩😍

Observation 1: I had an amazing experience with assistance by Mr. Mahtaz. I approached him while he was with a client and he answered my question immediately as well as suggested I look around and he will assist me after helping his client. Later he came back to assist me. Mahtaz multitasked in between customers and was extremely knowledgeable on the furniture, particularly the table I was interested in. I purchased a beautiful walnut wood living room table. The sale going on has one of a kind prices so do check it before the sale ends. Thank you Mr. Mahtaz AlGhamdi! Now I’m waiting for the delivery for my table. In Sha Allah it is delivered soon as I just received my living room set so I’m waiting. Kindly keep me updated on my table!! Again Mr. Mahtaz thank you for your expertise and people skills. Observation 2: I had asked a female staff member (who was at the register) the price of a set of triangle shaped (3) piece plant stand set. She said she would check but never came back with the information and her demeanor and look on her face seemed to appear she was quite annoyed I had even asked her for assistance.

Products are high quality and staff provide very good service. All staff is very helpful, especially Moutaz Al Ghamdi. They are well informed about their products and give good service.
