All branch representatives are very nice. However, Mada is a custom service representative. She was helpful the most and I did had a great experience and my transaction was smooth. 👍🏻

I’ve been banking for 30 years and been through 4 different banks. The Saudi Fransi bank was clearly a different experience. The staff were very knowledgeable and attentive. Everyone walked the extra to help out.

Talented manger knows how to accommodate the customers and his team although it's a very busy branch with parking issues beautiful design and always clean

I try to come as early as I can to this branch because I know it always have a bit long queue. But I would wait for the excellent service, advises and efficiency once somone takes care of me. خدمة واهتمام مميز وسرعة بالتنفيذ. الادارة والموظفين يتمتعون بالخبرة والتعامل مع العملاء باحتراف وإحترام.
مواقف السيارات غير متوفرة بالسعة المطلوبة لبنك بهذا الحجم. ودائما نجد صعوبة للوقوف.
