Amazing customer service,i visited to get a serum and they were so helpful to lend me a hand and explain to me all the other serums,and their benefits and when to use them 5/5 perfect shopping experience

The worker there named Suzan is outstanding at her job. I’ve been searching for a a red lip for so long to match my skin, and she immediately knew which shade would be perfect for me. Great work, respectful.

Marwa is the best sephora employee in red sea she has the best attitude and the sweetest and kindest person. You can tell she has very good understanding of the products she is recommending.

I would like to apologize from one the best seller I have ever seen-Fayza- who refused to return one of the item that my family bought yesterday. She said that this item was used. Although, she was taking to me so nicely, I was not convinced of the item evaluation criteria they are doing. So I escalated the issue.
If she will be seeing this, I hope she will accept my apology.

I had great times to buy exclusive products for them.

Got my brows done at the Benefit brow bar in Sephora! The service was excellent!! The young lady was a professional who took her time to listen to what I wanted and did such a wonderful job! The sales staff were all friendly and attentive! Really a great store to visit! I always appreciate great customer service and really experienced it from this store! Thank you and keep up the great work!

Very friendly staff, especially Fouz! Super professional and welcoming she gave honest reviews and help me pick best products for me.

The staff is helpful and almost everything is there, they just need to re-stock a lot due to the number of customers asking for specific demanded items.

المكان جميل دخلت ماكنت ابغى اشتري شيء بس فيه اشياء من زمان ادورها ولقيتها في هالفرع
ما نكر تعامل الموظف جواد الغامدي كان رائع و ابدع في شرح كثير من المنتجات اللي حبيتها واشتريتها عن قناعه من زمان تركت سيفورا بس شكلي حارجع له ثاني اذا رحتوا اسالوا عن جواد الغامدي و حتنبسطوا كثير وانتوا تشتروا الاشياء اللي تحتاجوها
