Starting from booking my tickets till the time that i finished my trip there was always helpful, respectful and professional staff. Amazing hospitality on the plane. And, if you face any problem they will do their best to solve it for you. And they will do.
In the end, it was my best experience, and i recommend this saudia for anyone who is looking for a company the first priority for it is the customer's best care.

It was my first time flying with Saudia Airlines and it was an amazing experience. Everyone was so nice and attentive. The planes were clean and smelled nice. The food was better than what I had experienced with other airlines. I have no complaints whatsoever. I wish I had names to give you but I will say on flight SV0373 12:55 Jeddah to Casablanca you had an exceptional young man on that flight. He just made me feel welcomed (that's hard to do when you're a citizen of a country many people do not like). He was always smiling, too. One of THE best fights I have been on. You should be very proud of the attendants you have. They are beautiful ladies and gentlemen.

It was wonderful experience because my father worked in Saudi Airlines .so its very warm feelings and emotional as he appointed in this office .
