Novotel Jazan

There is awesome experience specially in dine and its pleasure to meet Mr. Sherif, who got arranged everything for the dinner and I must say his kindness and humbleness towards the guest is very professional.

Had stayed here for one day. Dinner was at Amwaj restaurant. It was a buffet night. Lots of food for very reasonable price. Food was tasty. Deyaa and colleagues were very helpful.
Will recommend this hotel if you are visiting Jizan and or farsan island.

Very nice hotel with great location direct on the sea.
People are very helpful and neat. Especially in the restaurant for breakfast Nouf, Ali and chief Amro. And for the meeting Diaa was very helpful.

The Suhoor buffet was great thanks. All the staffs especially Mr. Melbin was great and outstanding in their service and reception.

The food in the buffet was Amazing ! Amazing doesn’t even describe the tastes of everything! The chef and the restaurant manager mr. Ali were very kind and welcoming and made sure I get everything I need. After a long day of work, this meal is what everyone should have !

The food is delicious, the service is excellent, and the staff is amazing (Especially Ali)

The reception staff of the hotel are professional and very gentle and they treated us with great respect. The room space is big and the sofa is very comfy. However, the sea view is fantastic and the car park is very practical. But the room carpet is not clean and the bedroom smells bad. The music little bit loud.
