Holiday Inn Riyadh the Business District, an IHG Hotel

Its my first day here and i am staying for 6 days..so far i am really impressed with the service that they give you and the team are amazing !!!
Our check in was at 3:00 but we arrive at between 12:00-1:00 and they gave us our rooms.
Rooms are very clean and the environment is very calming.. great for business !

My stay has been wonderful! Rooms are spacious and clean and everyone from the staff is welcoming and kind.
A special huge thank to Hossam from the gym. He is a great well experienced personal trainer really professional. He kindly helped me working out each day by creating personalized workout based on my needs. His help was wonderful and so much appreciated. Really a plus to my stay!

Great experience. All staff are welcoming and friendly. As I stay in this hotel quite often, it just feels like another home. What really stands out is the Coach, Houssam, at the gym. He has really helped me to build my workout in an enjoyable and useful manner. If I want to add more names, I that would be Mostafa, Ons, Ghaleb and Touseef.

Breakfast experience was great with lots of fresh options for food and drinks.
The location is in a very new business area which is way too quiet.
Housekeeping was great as well.

Had a one night stay here, it was really good! The rooms are a nice size and well-appointed with quality furnishing. Very comfortable bed and super pillows! The hotel is really clean, modern and well presented. Staff were excellent. I am unsure how old the hotel is but it felt brand new. The only slight downside is that the hotel felt like it was quite remote although saying that, I had no issue getting taxis.

The building is equipped with energy saving LED lamps and devices such as occupancy sensors in the corridor where some lights are automatically switching On & Off when someone passes by. The rooms are equipped with a number of lighting switches to set the mood while the air-conditioning control is excellent and responding quick to temperature adjustments. The water in the shower, washbasin and water closet is Drinking-Water quality so it is smooth on the skin, tasteless, odorless, and colorless making the Toilet clean and stain-free.
The bed mattress, blanket and pillows are smooth and nicely arranged giving a relaxing and sweet sleep. It's provided with complete set of Toiletries for vanity, shoe shine, laundry bag, complimentary bottles of water with array of coffee, tea, milk and sugar. Small appliances such as Iron and Board, Hair Blower, Refrigerator, Electric Kettle, Table Lamp, Television, and electronic Clock are available. The looby and the corridor are spacious with plenty of sofa and tables, and the Elevator is controlled by the personal room key for security. The wifi is easily accessible and the signal is strong. The dining area and staff are pleasant, and the food and drinks have wide range of choices. I love the honey with the comb and the beef bacon which I could not find in other hotels.
There is a Swimming Pool outdoor surrounded by glass wall and the water is crystal clear. It is surrounded by tables and chairs with umbrella for those who want fresh air. I do hope they can warm the water to 25-29 deg C range so it will be comfortable to use during both summer or winter.

An excellent place to stay, not far from the airport, for this solo traveler. Everyone here, from the front desk to restaurant management to staff, are kind and thoughtful. And the prices are very affordable. This is the first place I have ever stayed in the KSA. I am sure there are fancier hotels. But this one felt like home.

I was so lucky to find a very professional personal coach in the gym the hotel provides. His name is Hossam! I recommend him as an experienced and empathetic coach to lead you through the exercises that he individually created for your training-plan! For me that is a perfect motivation and keeps me continuieng. Very humble atmosphere here in the hotel Riyadh-The Business District!

We had Organised an Event for GOSI at Zayonta Ball room. The event was well organised and the team supooeted this to be a Gala event. Mr. Sadar shan and his teams support for this event was commendable.

I had a fantastic stay. Rooms are clean and comfy. Hotel itself is a brand new one. Thanks in large part to Ahmed in the front desk, his exceptional service, warm greetings, and helpful recommendations made my experience truly memorable. Highly recommended!

One of the cleanest an dreputable hotel , in an area very near to the airport and far from the city, good to relax after a long busy day, it has an outside pool.
Very good for business trips and leisure in Riyadh.

Holiday inn, business District it’s my second home .

Awesome place highly recommended. Excellent and caring staff specially Mr Tauseef Ahmed from Oliva Restaurant, well cultured person made my stay extra special.

Convenient to the airport about a 25 minute drive. Keep in mind other hotels in downtown Riyadh would be twice that, so location close to the airport is key for me. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well designed. This is my second stay, so I highly recommend this Hotel

The break fast was so good 😊
And the most important thing is the location 👍🏻 you can reach he heart of Riyadh city easily 👌🏻

It’s a bit far from the city but will always be one of my fav hotels. The staff are super friendly and professional plus the rooms are clean and well designed.

Seriously I couldn’t find any negative comment on the hotel. Totally recommend if you’re on a business trip.
