As we are an event management company, we had event yesterday and they are very helpful
Mr Hathal Eldorsy is the best. Always smiling and he loves what he does and all the setup time with us to take care of any requirements on spot and even during and after the event. He makes the access very smooth and fast.

The Banquet team very helpful and polite.

I had an absolutely delightful experience at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay and event hosted in one of their ballroom was great. Their warmth and professionalism were truly commendable. The services provided were top-notch, from the immaculate rooms to the delicious dining options. I am highly satisfied and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a fantastic stay.

Stayed in the Hotel in 2023 for a work trip. What a stunning hotel! It really has that 5-star feel and great value for money. The hotel is massive with large rooms. Super clean and new-y. Quality conferences could regularly be seen to be hosted on the Ground floor. Facilities are top notch. Breakfast buffet was one of the best I have seen around the world (endless options and fresh). Particularly, the guy that serves those luxury dates and arabic qahwa- 10/10. The tech was high end with our food delivery being delivered by a robot. The reception was incredibly professional and warm. The gym was decent.

The dinner place in the hotel was very average for the price but that is a norm for such venues.

Only shortcoming noted- we requested an airport pick up. As we walked out of Arrivals, there literally was no one to pick us. We had to get a sim from the terminal, call the hotel and someone showed up outside in the car pickup area after 15 minutes. The car service and driver was superb however. Overall, a stunning hotel and an experience in itself.

The buffet was very tidy and the place was very upscale. The quality of the food was very good and varied. The reception was beautiful, especially thanks to Miss Nuha, who hosted me with a smile and welcomed me.

I stayed in the hotel with a delegation and we did enjoy our stay there. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Nice and friendly atmosphere. Food in the restaurant was very delicious. The service was even better. Thanks a lot to Saiful Islam who was professionally serving our team during our stay.

Venue:
The choice of venue was excellent. [Venue Name] provided a welcoming atmosphere with ample space for attendees to move around comfortably. The organizers utilized the space creatively, enhancing the overall ambiance.

Organization:
The event was well-organized, and kudos to the organizers for their meticulous planning. From registration to the closing ceremony, everything flowed seamlessly. The schedule was well-paced, allowing participants to fully engage with each segment without feeling rushed.

I had amazing Iftar experience this Ramadan and it’s was very excellent and people at Mosaique. All the staff are very welcoming and super friendly, special thanks to Khawar who had gave us very warm hospitality. The food variety and taste is excellent. Very recommended to give it a try.

Very thankful for ALL the staff and it was a clean, organize and wonderful place of the Crown plaza RDC hotel especially yesterday special half day events through their mosaique restaurant waiters, the waiters and bartenders in the events their very helpful and kind gestures and also their good quality of foods in the hotel. Amazing hotel with great facilities

The food in the canteen area is unbelievable and it has a beautiful Shisha lounge outdoors.
The staff are a real credit to Saudi Arabia and the hotel itself. They make you feel a very welcome.

As for the rooms, the beds are brilliant they are all kept very well. The shower bathroom area is big with plenty of room.

The location is also brilliant as it is 10 minutes away from all the import sites within Riyadh

Whenever I return to Riyadh, this will be my go to hotel

Special shout out the the concierge and housekeeping teams. Always so friendly and polite really make you feel welcome and like no task is too hard. Christian and Daniel on concierge help weekly with different requests in the smiliest, cheeriest way. Same with housekeeping always very polite and helpful. Great hotel, great location, and most importantly great staff who keep it ticking over well.

Quality hotel in Riyadh. I really enjoyed my 2 nights in March. Breakfast selection is large and quality is excellent. Bread selection is specially good :)

Thank you, Crowne Plaza, for your hospitality and organization. Today I was in the Mosaique restaurant, and the food was very wonderful, distinct, and of many varieties. Special thanks to the supervisor, Noha, for her kind treatment and beautiful smile.

The hotel is simply stunning, from the moment you walk in the door. The lobby is spacious and elegant, with high ceilings and beautiful chandeliers. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay.

The hotel is also home to a variety of excellent restaurants and cafes. I had the chance to try a few of them, and I was impressed with the quality of the food and service. The hotel also has a number of great amenities, including a swimming pool, a spa, and a fitness center.

Overall, I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Crowne Plaza Hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay in Riyadh.

Best hotel in Riyadh, all perfect the hospitality of staff, cleanliness, ambience. I visited several times and it already feels like home!

It was my first time to stay in Crown plaza Riyadh and i have to say one of my best trips to Riyadh starting with the exceptional staff and warm reception.

From the moment you walk into the lobby you're greeted warmly and the front desk made every effort to upgrade my booking and accommodate my requests.

My trip was made more special by the lovely ladies Dima and her colleague (unfortunately can’t recall her name but i will not forget her kindness).

Perfect choice for business trips in Riyadh, Staff are extremely nice and helpful, very respectful and they response fast with your needs. The Banquet is good choice for meeting variety of selections and the staff are super sweet and nice, gentle man named Malik was very nice and respectful and would ask you every now and then if you need any help. Great Stay

It is an amazing and a very nice place. This is my second time of coming here and I've enjoyed it as usual. Eazzy did so well the very first time I came here and today he also assisted me with the buffet. Very cooperative, attentive and a nice gentleman. I'm gonna make it my hobby to be coming here often. Nice place, really.

I stayed here in Ramadan and tried the Mosaique restaurant Iftar, it was beyond wow to be honest, the service was nice, specially Razni he was so kind and generous, always helps with a smile

Well managed hotel with friendly service. I received a friendly welcome when checking in. The rooms are clean and functions well. Although the temp are set a bit too low at 20C and I can’t seem to change the temp on the thermostat.

The breakfast buffet at the attached mosaic restaurant has a great selection . I received especially good service from the waiter, Shahid.
