I had several questions regarding iPhone 15. The employee “Faisal” helped me tremendously. He remained patient even though I was asking a lot of questions. I am happy with his service and will look for his assistance the next time I visit this store.

As a customer seeking an end-to-end solution for a relatively small purchase of an apple ultra-watch - I was welcomed and served with urgency and sincerity unlike any other equivalent store.

I left the store sporting a dashing and fully operational watch (complete with a new Mobily e-sim) - and all done within 45mins under careful and focussed customer service by Mr. AlHomidan.

As an international shopper - I can differentiate between 1- those employed and 2- those that do their job and 3- those that love what they do.

Aleph’s Mr. AlHomidan is number 3 and takes gold. He deserves the best! And all customers deserve his kind of service.

One of the best places for Apple fans. Almost every Apple products is available there. The staff is helpful, especially the one called Faisal.

Great place in UWalk, even when it’s crowded, the back entrance access is close to the store by Zara.

Great store and great employees! The Saudi employee gave me an honest advice when I wanted to buy a charger, he asked me about my macbook model and told me that it wasn’t the best for it, although it means I’m not gonna buy it because the store didn’t have it at that time, but his action bought my loyalty to Aleph! I’m saying this because unfortunately not so many stores cares about what’s best for the customers and just look for more sales.. Thank you!! 🤍🖤
