Although this branch has received so many poor reviews, I must say that albeit a little challenging sometimes for the tellers to explain or talk you through their processes, the staff here have always been super helpful. I have had many great experiences, and the supervisor behind the teller is consistently very kind and professional to assist. My latest experience was excellent during the Ramadan operational hours as listed on Google.

Most of people in this branch of Alawwal are working to slow and to lazy.

We came at 4 pm to receive 2 bank cards and 2 more of our friends wanted to start bank account. By the way, We were waiting this cards for almost a week.

One of the guys who work there said "So why did you come?? Its 4pm! I'm not going to do anything with your cards. Come tomorrow. And I can start only 1 new bank account".

Basically, there were enough people to help us to finish everything before they close at 4.30pm, but they didn't want to...

We came next morning, received cards after my colleague's question "can I start a saving account?" Same snapper answered "what? There is an APP of the bank, you can do it online by yourself "

Awesome experience! Bravo! Worst customer service in a bank ever.

Thanx god there were at least one nice guy who helped us with everything. Unfortunately forgot his name.

Been to other branches of a bank, so the rest are waaaaay better.
