The John Hopkins brand name doesn't matter to me. However the doctors and nurses are great and skillful. Our son was admitted and everyone was very compassionate.

Their app is a work in progress and continues to improve. It has some very useful features but some of them are not effective at times (eg booking appointments). Love the feature where I can contact my doctor directly 👌🏼

When it comes to delivering quality health care I'm very fortunate to have access to care at JHAH. I've experienced other hospitals and this center surpasses others by miles. No unnecessary surgeries, no money driven decisions, and the surgeons have excellent skills. Appointments are difficult though but eventually we get seen in a reasonable time. Nursing staff are very caring and understanding.
I hope JHAH continues hiring good doctors and nurses, and streamline appointment booking process.

From my experience, it's one of the best hospitals in Saudi Arabia, you don't have to worry about the quality of treatment. Yes there are pros and cons, but the pros out stands the cons. Best hospitals in the eastern province are:
-SAAD (Now permanently closed)
-JHAH

OVERALL: Not a bad hospital

One of the best consultants in the eastern province. Nowadays really easy getting appointments and special diagnostic tests within 10-15 days. Friendly staff.
