Great hotel apartment for long term stay. It has a well equipped kitchen and spacious rooms. On demand housekeeping service was provided.

They could improve their food menu and breakfast menu. The TV in the room needs an upgrade too. It's very old and not a smart TV

The food and the service was excellent, especially Milan, Jovan and Bhim. They were extremely professional.

Overall, excellent stay. Good customer service compared to surrounding hotels. Plenty of parking and many elevators.

Food through room service was ok, I tried both breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was better, although I opted to prepare my own.

Close to Rashid mall where several coffee shops and restaurants. Two minutes walking distance.

The hotel was quite expensive but it's worth the money. The room had everything I needed for my stay and it was very clean. Room service was quick and efficient. The restaurant service was also great.

I would stay there again whenever I visit Al khobar. A fantastic hotel!🥰

Nice hotel. Studio which we had was big enough to satisfy family with baby. Fully furnished and equipped with all appliances including washing machine and iron. Quiet and clean (our side was opposite to Al Rashid Mall which is recommended)

Clean and calm stay, large room and very good facilities (washing machine, heater, Arabic coffee maker, microwave, iron). Welcoming people. Recommended place.

Great place to stay! It’s not just a hotel room it’s such second home. I’ve been there since 2013 until until now and it’s still getting better hospitality.
