This restaurant is a must try!!!
Delicious traditional Saudi food in Al Ahsa .. I had Ahsa jareesh, lamb ghouzi super yummy !!!! Mixed sambosa’s are so light and fresh not oily at all.. vine leaves taste was rich in black lemon flavor I loved it !!!! Try their lamb chop so tender and juicy .. I liked رز وحمام خوووش اكله like no other ! Give a try to the جريش الأحساء (jaresh al ahsaa)..

The restaurant has a delicious menu you may get lost to which one you should choose and try, this was the first time for me.

My order was:
1- regular Majbos
1-Mahashi mix
1- orange juice

You may need to let them know if you don’t handle spicy food.

The atmosphere was so good and enjoyable to be there.

The food is genuinely sensational.
The Hasawi rice is a must try. Loved the rice soo much. Defo one of the better types of rice in KSA if not the best.

The restaurant is situated in a very nice spot, clean and tidy. Upon entering you are given free Saudi Coffee and dates. Plenty room for seating.

Staff were very very friendly and very knowledgeable in all dishes. The chef was really accommodating to all my food requirements and tweaks.

It’s a modern Hasawi food! If you are in Alaska, you have to try this one! The Margoug ravioli is something else!!

They have real hospitality. You can feel the Ahsa culture in the food. You should try the lamb. You can also have tea outside and enjoy the winter weather.

We enjoyed eating lunch at this restaurant with nice atmosphere. We were served by Rakhibul and he was so friendly and prompt.
I recommend the mini Samosa and main dish hasawi dar basma.

This place is a must if you are visiting Hasa or the souq. Nice ambience and great menu on local foods. Really liked how they cooked with such awesome flavor the local grains.

Loved eveything else we ordered - this grilled chicken cube with date sauce and lamb chap!

Good and welcoming customer service. Clean and high end dining. Food portions were decent, and good. We didn’t have a reservation and they were able to accommodate us.

Very nice traditional restaurant with kind staff. Strongly advised if you want to taste traditional Saudi dishes. Everything was very delicious, portions are big. Thank you guys.

I had a great experience and definitely deserves a second visit.

The food and the general atmosphere were👌🏻. It was the first time I ever tried Haswai rice and I loved it, some comments said it was a little bit too dry but it wasn't for me, and the meat was tender in a good way as well.

Reservation went smooth, even had to move mine a bit and it went great, the dining experience was phenomenal, tasty food and great atmosphere!
Prices are okay, expected for such high-end dining.
Your place to go if you’re visiting AlAhsa ! You won’t regret it

Wow! Everything was spectacular! From the interior to hospitality to outstanding service ( especially from Ivy who were super welcoming, friendly and professional) also Naïf was memorable with his welcoming and willingness to serve in anyway possible. The restaurant was full for a reason! 👍👍👍

Crying children from time to time but that's common in KSA. As far as culinary experiences go, this is the best restaurant in Al Ahsa and quite possibly the whole country. They've got dishes that fuse Italian concepts with local ingredients... gourmet local food... nothing beats this place.mezzanine. Definitely going back.

We was so hungry after long trip and this place do the local and traditional hassawi food right.
The staff was very kind and helpful the service was excellent, atmosphere was amazing, well decorated.
We orded the shrimp mufalq and hamortna
The food was on point. Fresh and delicious specially the mufalaq was great.
Modawi salad was also amazing as starter
The experience was excellent and of course i will eat in this place again

I vista when I came to Ahsa on a trip
It's was nice with some traditional music and the atmosphere was incredible.. the service was good and orders we tried and all were great were: POTATO BALLS, QUINOA SALAD WITH DATE, DAR BASMA SOUP, SALMON WITH SAFFRON SAUSE, HASAWI DAR BASMA.

Recommended by a friend, Dar-Basma didn’t disappoint. Family friendly, atmospheric, it is a stylish venue for lunch or dinner. We had definitely the best food so far since being in the Kingdom, if not the region. Delicious fare, beautifully presented, it was exceptional. The staff were attentive and the whole experience was fabulous. If you are visiting Hofuf or Al Ahsa book a visit. We timed it impeccably today and were lucky to get a family table. We will visit again. Thank you.
