The food was tasty and mouthwatering, the service is amazing . The team is very friendly and Chef Sarah is amazing .Their ability to transform simple ingredients into exquisite dishes showcases their creativity and mastery of flavor profiles. Not only they consistently deliver exceptional meals, but their professionalism, attention to detail, and calm demeanor under pressure make them a valuable asset to any kitchen team. I highly recommend chef Sarah for her remarkable culinary skills, professionalism, and unwavering passion for creating memorable dining experiences.

Fantastic service.
All the staff are very professional and polite.
The coffee at breakfast is decent, but the room coffee is not. Only a Nespresso pod machine and small container of cream.

Very pleasant stay here for two nights.

Drove here from Qatar to spend the weekend , mainly because we wanted to travel somewhere convenient with three young children- its less than 90 minutes from the border.

When we arrived we were impressed with the standard of the hotel, it looked like a palace, very grand. Our rooms were modern, clean and very spacious and food was fantastic. They catered for the food allergies within our group with ease. The location of the hotel was very convenient for visiting the local attractions, and could easily have spent more than the weekend here exploring the magnificent oasis.

The standout feature of the hotel is, though the staff.

We have stayed at 5 star hotels in Qatar, and across the world with kids and the staff here are 100% amongst the best. Very attentive, very thoughtful. Thank you not just to Chef Sara and Ressel but everybody we have met.

Beautiful Futoor. Food was great - included a wide selection to choose from and the staff were wonderful. Had everything you could need including a separate prayer area for men and women and even a kids zone to keep the children entertained while you eat! Would definitely recommend and would love to come again 👍🏼

The club floor renovated rooms are a real improvement; spacious, nice design with a great rain shower bath room.
The gym is equipped superbly. Buffet is up to standard.
Service is great, team was able to really help us with some specific requests for my family. Great place!

The (new modern) rooms are super clean and beautiful. Mariam at the reception was very nice and accommodating, at restaurant Chef Sara prepared amazing dishes for us, and the Hostest Hoor was lovely and took care of us! Over all i would come here again and again.

Food is phenomenal, staff is great, especially chef Amir. Anything we needed or wanted he did for us. Very great person and amazing food. Be sure to check in with him during your stay.

Firstly i'd like to say what a beautiful property property, kept spotlessly clean in all parts.
The service at the hotel is incredible,every member of staff goes out of their way to be courteous and helpful
The food is great, the staff are so professional and exceptional at their job we just kept going back

Food was amazing & the staff of the restaurant was very accomodating.
We enjoyed the experience as most of us were first times trying the iftar buffet.

The most beautiful encounter I had, while my mom and I having breakfast buffet, when Chief Sara and the receptionist Hoor came cheking on us with the most amazing smile. It's amazing to see Saudis Ladies excell and cmpete. Good luck

Good hotel with very nice service.
Classic Rooms are a bit too old,but renovations are going on.
Reception is very nice and quick.
Lounge service (Thank you Muuna) is perfect. The only thing to add in lounge menu is soup.

Amazing design, i love the place. The buffet is very rich.
Some floors are renovated with high tech and unique design while the rest are still under renovation.
I will definitely come back.

One of the best iftar buffer we have in ramadan,from the welcoming reception to the staff cooperation and service made 1000% better by chef Aamir he was friendly active helpful he way in service everything was awesome we ll be back obviously

Better place to arranging meeting or conference ,visit or stay. Services are quite good .Remote system for PPT presenting not available . Grand entrance hall looking massive .
