Normal hotel.. but they need to change all electrical items it seems to be old.. also earthing is not proper through out hotel..

الشقة نظيفة
سرعة استجابة الموظفين للطلبات 👍
الاثاث متهالك نوعا ما
وعند سؤال الموظف تم الافادة انه جاري الترميم
الاسعار متوسطة سعر اليوم لثلاث غرف نوم وصالة لستة اشخاص 551 ريال
بالنسبة للمواقف يوجد ارض كبيرة مقابلة للفندق
يوجد بقالة قريبة للفندق وأيضا مسجد

بكل صراحة مكان جدا سئ معفن والارض وسخة وتراب واثاث قديم الوضع معفن جدا جدا جدا ولا يستاهل المبلغ حرام ٤٥٠ ع الي شفته انا اتورطت فيه نصيحة للغير ماانصح بماسة الماسم الاحساء ابدا

مكان يعكس الطابع الثقافي الذي كانت عليه المدينة المنورة في القدم ويعرض في المحلات بعض الهدايا التذكارية وبعض من تراث المملكة العربية السعودية ويوجد مكان ألي الجلوس والاكل و الشرب

شقق فندقية مريحه وخدمه ممتازه نوعا ما وغرف حسب الإختيار طبعا واسعار معقوله نوعا ما ومكان هادي وغرف نظيفه وموظفين جيدين ولكن كما ارى. ان بعض الغرف تحتاج الى تجديد وتغير مكيفات القديمة لان أظن ان في وقت الصيف لاتنفع
