The Hotel Representative Sohail is amazing. Have my key ready prior to the arrival and the welcome snack is much appreciated. Hospitality and services are excellent. Great breakfast buffet and spacious room. This hotel customer services really stood out!

This is a must visit when you come to this area - hands down the best Hotel in Jazan. Marriot should be proud of the people who work here as the service is excellent. We were able to experience the amazing food presented by Executive Chef Sunder Chand and his team.

Excellent professional staff that were supportive in many cases. The room, although being a smoking room, was very clean and tidy with no smells and signs of tardiness. All in all, a Marriott branch almost never disappoints.

Very nice hotel and accommodating. Has a decent mall attached to it with a good food court, a movie theater, and plenty of shops to keep you busy. They kept the room clean and made sure the room was maintained

Excellent place to stay in jazan

Great views from the deck! Heavenly coffee shop with meal options, and WiFi free . There is a business centre to send off that elusive e-mail....need I even say more?

Modern hotel, fast and delightful check in, spacious room, great AC that is both effective and silent, comfortable bedding, large TV with quality image, great shower. Nice but expensive hotel.

First i want to thank Mr.Tarek yahia,Mr.Raymond ,Ranjeeth ,abdel khaleq and mohammed and other staff in hotel which is one of the new and best hotels in jazan area.
My review is concerned only for my membership renewal as platinium member.
Spending 68 nights last year in the hotel wasn’t enough to renew my membership as the only aspect to consider in marriott reward progarm is the no. Of nights regardless no of stays nor the points earned or money spent!!!!!!!
Unlike other reward program as being also platinium member in accor hotels and spire elite in IHG.
My advice for those carrying gold or platinum marriott membership try to invest in radisson blue resort gizan or the new novotel gizan (opening soon in april 2018)
You will be more rewarded and getting more accelerate offers .
The choice is yours , i am only want to be not surprised when they reject your renewal due to missing 7 nights !!!! From 75 thanks they are not 1 night, i hoped to know this earlier from the beginning of the year to stop staying again but no problem .

Update:20-4-2018 they return me back to platinum member so i should thank them again and modify this review

Fabulous cakes! A great place to stop and unwind with friends. To enjoy coffee and cakes in a relaxed atmosphere.
