Very good hotel and amazing location, and the restaurant team are very nice and friendly, specially the Saudi girl she was speaking French with my family because they don't understand English and she was speaking Portuguese as well. Very cool to see people like this at my first time in Saudi. The only thing I didn't like is the Sound Isolation between the room is really bad that I can hear my neighbors walking, and woke up many times because of the alarm of my neighbors. But in total I loved the place

My visit was at the coffeeshop located aside swimming pool .
The athmosphere , the vibe , and the service .
Good choice to chill and relax with a great view over shangri la tower.
Ahmed is a great waiter , can’t wait to revisit again 👌🏻

I had a wonderful stay in the hotel with my family, the rooms were fully renovated and became very comfortable. Also, the services provided by the staff were amazing with special thanks and appreciation to Joel who was very helpful and supportive to me and my family.

One suggestion is to make special offers for frequent customers like me😌.

Joudyan Hotel, stayed here from 13-15hb Nov 2023 and feeling good. Location near Red sea Danube and connected to the mall. Minimalist aesthetic room design, and earthy theme. Breakfast amazing, and everything delicious. Even though only three to four types of desserts... Seriously tasteful. Good job Chef and service team!

Beautiful hotel and wonderful employees who provide exceptional service. I didn’t realize when I booked the suite it was the very first night they were open to the public. Joelle the Asian doorman and Mo the other are absolutely wonderful. Banoon was also exceptional. Wanted a spa treatment but with the spa not open yet she ordered me someone to preform services in my room. Wonderful. The place is beautiful and very convenient if you are doing a lot of shopping as there is a door that leads directly into the mall. The hotel itself is beautiful and has a 24 hr restaurant and wonderful pool that felt heated. Ladies and men gyms. I will definitely return

The hotel is just amazing and beautiful
1.Have an open swimming pool area with dinning on the ground floor
2.Haves a Mosque on floor M ( press m on elevator to go to prayer room)
3. haves a beautiful dining room on the same floor as mosque

I spent one night at the hotel with my friend. We had shopping at the Red Sea Mall. The hotel was situated on the territory of the mall what was very convinient for us.
The hotel was very good and clean, there was a very friendly and professional service.

The pool is very beautiful and the rooms are very clean with a beautiful view. Most of all it's connected directly to the red sea mall.

They did not clean the rooms when we ask and after 3 times when they came no towels
