Holiday Inn Jeddah Gateway, an IHG Hotel

The overall service is superb! Unbelievable hospitality! Stayed here for one night and the staffs were so accommodating. The front desk greeted me when I arrive and even offered a late check out so that I can stay a bit longer for my virtual calls.

On top of that, the bellman was always smiling and the service was beyond expectations! Mr. Taradal! Amazing!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel's staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with modern amenities.

The restaurant at the hotel were outstanding.The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering variety of dishes and great start to kick start the day.

The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation options.It is 5 mins away from the Mall of Arab.

Overall, my stay at Holiday Inn Gateway was a memorable and enjoyable experience.Thank you to the staff and management for providing such a great experience.

Perfect choice if u need to stay beside the airport and the mall of arabia is around. Clean rooms and staff very helpful. I like the food and breakfast was fresh. they even had a hot pancake machine. Diffently staying there again. Jeddah is very nice place.

Highly recommended hotel for long or short stay. I have been this hotel for short and long both stay. Very polite and helpful staff, quality of food and environment is amazing. It's location on the main street Medinah Road and close to airport gives added advantage.

Located at prime location next to Mall of Arab Holiday Inn gateway is a great business and family hotel.The breakfast buffet was top notch with pretty much varieties of food and best part is that they serve till 10.30 am and their swimming pool and health club on the top floor with awesome view.

Amazing staff….very humble, polite, know how to impress customer, having sense of customer centricity which ultimately leads to customer delight.
Mr. Javed was one of the best customer manager I have come across in my life who knows how to deal with customer.

Well, I am a world traveler, travelking around for my work and leisure. I have stayed in plenty of high end and mid range hotels. This has developed my choices for hotels and places. Not only in Jeddah but I stayed in Holiday in Hotels at several places and found invariably great services, pleasing staff and great hospitality. This Hokiday inn hotel in Jeddsh does not have any thing less. The staff is very friendly, down to earth, rooms are great, lobby is comfortable and services were awesome. Thanks for every thing.

Holiday inn is always my first choice when it comes to staying in a hotel. I always book through online channels but this time I called the hotel and booked via telephone.
